However, if I don't provide updates, there won't be any new customer join in to review for hoursUpdate , after I pointed out their category missing tricks , and now their customers are directly mentioning the category in their reviews. It's amusing to see customers addressing me as if I'm personally responsible for the changes .There are only 307 actual google reviews if you add up all the google provided categorized reviews. I wonder where are 4041 reviews coming from besides the trick app they were using ? So many tricks in their sleeves .Also , It's interesting to see that old customs are eager to update their reviews especially after I made the recycling reviews comments , but it might be worthwhile to explore if any new customs have emerged. With a total of 4039 reviews to date, it's worth examining if there are any novel practices worth considering.😂Please be aware that many of the newest reviews, posted within hours or days, have owner responses that are dated back several months. Google counts these as reviews, but it's all a setup trick.Don't be fooled by the many 5-star reviews on Google. This company is sales-driven and will try anything to sell you a membership package. When I asked the maintenance guy to change a UV light bulb since he is already here for maintenance. he thought I was stupid enough can not tell the difference between changing a light bulb vs install one 😀, he tried to charge me $300 for the job and pushed me to buy a $300 membership that included electronic, plumbing, and another AC maintenance job. He used a much cheaper low quality UV light bulb that only cost $40, compared to the $120 bulb another company installed for me. I wanted to be nice and show trust, plus he is already here anyway. so I bought the membership, even though the plumber and electrician visits should be free inspections anyway. However, both scheduled visits were canceled with only one hour's notice before the appointment due to their emergency. This was especially frustrating because I had already cleared my calendar for the day.In summary, this company assumes you are stupid and tries to sell you packages, but once you pay, you become a second-tier customer. They take advantage of your nice personality, so be careful dealing with them and don't mention the price quote they give you, which is way higher than some other companies out there.4077
