I was searching the web on Saturday to have my garbage disposal repaired. I came across Integrity Home Solutions. They offered a very easy user friendly process to schedule a same day appointment, which is rare because most companies have limited work hours and in most cases they don’t offer weekends or after-hours.They’re a paperless company, which I can respect so the appointment was finalized via email/text. The tech was at my home the following day on time. He addressed the issues and offered multiple solutions that ranged in pricing. He walked through each option and carefully explained what each solutions would entail. The tech didn’t pressure me and I opted the options that worked best for me.Thank you, from someone that works M-F, with limited availability.

Scott the real deal was exceptional. He was well-spoken, professional, and kind. We sadly had to do a full replacement on our HVAC unit but Scott made the whole process smooth and even pleasant. He educated us every step of the way and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. 10/10 would call Scott again

Tech Joshua Swanger responded to my home on a Friday night at 10pm. I am recently out of the hospital and my A/C, a 5yr old Trane unit installed by their predecessor, had quit working again. It needed a start capacitor, which he quickly repaired and got my system working again. I am very happy with the company response and the tech's service. TRANE...I'll never buy another Trane. Fixed it last year...fixed it this year..probably have to fix it next year. Not the quality I expected from Trane.

One of the drivers for Integrity Home Solutions is recklessly driving and severing between lanes and drifting and nearly hit my vehicle 3 times. He’s changed lands 10 times in the past 5 minutes. This driver is putting others in danger and shouldn’t be driving. The license plate of the van is 01B MYM and he’s nearly hit several cars, if you can track the car to prevent him from nearly side swiping any other families driving with MULTIPLE children.

Integrity quickly scheduled a much needed electrician call for next day service. Michael assisted me with kind regard while dismantling a previous floodlight and hardwiring a new one, showing me the process. The floodlight is up and running perfectly!

I called Integrity Home Solutions for my Stepfather who needed a couple of bathroom outlets replaced, they send a technician out there right away and I'm glad they did, it turned out that my Stepfather had another problem that could have caused his house to fail inspection and cost him his homeowner's insurance. But more than that, he discovered that the wiring to the circuit breaker box wasn't done correctly and it could have been that becoming a major problem or even caused a fire.And even though the problem ended up being a lot more than we originally thought, my Stepfather was very grateful to have it done correctly and we would highly recommend Integrity Home Solutions.

I have used this company before for a plumbing issue. I had an AC issue, I had 2 other companies diagnose and provide quotes. It turns out what the other 2 companies diagnosed was completely wrong and integrity got it right. The tech was fast, provided input on other work that can be done and even informed us of a membership plan. Will definitely use this company again.

I live in a mobile home park and had a breaker go bad over the weekend, I called Integrity home solutions and they put me right back n an appointment. The service tech they assigned was Brian, upon looking at the breaker he informed me he could do a change out due to the age and type of breaker, he then took the time to explain the is and even went to the park owners and explained to them the problem, excellent service. We had over 20k in repairs done within the 1st month of moving into our new house. We decided to use Integrity for all of the issues we were aware of and unaware of. For the most part, work was done satisfactory or above expectations (Plumbing especially - Danny was amazing!). The AC is another issue. We had 2 techs come 8/8 as we noticed our floor was showing water damage. One tech came and just took pictures, said it should have been sealed and left. The second tech came and said he remembered our home as they had to reinstall an ac that was leaking initially. The reinstall cost us more than 2k and it was our own machine. Literally reinstalled in the exact same place it was originally. We had maintenance performed in May but, we don't know if flushing lines is part of that. Regardless, the AC was and is working fine now. The issue is during the re-install, no one seemed to have noticed that the drain line was not connected below the float switch to turn the AC off if there is a back up. The switch won't turn the machine off if it doesn't have that signal that water is backing up. I believe full inspection after an installation should be complete to ensure the machine is properly functioning. It's stated on their work orders. Instead, ours continued a slow leak for who knows how long resulting in water in our sub-floor, above our garage and down the wall to the floor of our 2 story. We also just found out it's in our master bedroom as well. Our homeowners insurance has stepped in as Integrity hasn't made the repair to the drain line but, a manager from Integrity told us yesterday that they would be out today, (8/11) or some time next week. This is not a issue with the house, this is an installation issue.*Update - T., the manager called immediately after I posted this review. He denied Integrity responsibility. However, he offered to fix the pipe that wasn't connected when the AC Handler was reinstalled - so our float switch will work. No charge. (We are still waiting for a call to have this done and were told either today, 8/11 or some time next week). He also offered a pump....because that's the only way our AC wouldn't flood our floor with a pipe never connected - when it was supposed to be. Unfortunately, we can't have a pump because it would entail a 10k electrical panel upgrade and an additional outlet on a wall that has none.We have a premium contract that protects the AC, Plumbing and Electrical.However, due to the length of time for this leak and damage, we had to call our homeowners insurance. They are reviewing all of Integrity's work, work orders, etc. They will determine the cause and fault and go from there.

Leo,Lester,and Eduardo has done a remarkable job putting in a new electrical panel and putting in a panel to plug a generator into so far.I was really impressed by their customer service skills and professionalism.Really, Really, impressed by Leo taking the time to help me know how to work my electrical panel and if the power goes out the steps to hook a generator up to the other electrical panel they put in.Plus how he took the time to listen to all the questions I had and to make sure I was happy.If a Supervisor reads this I hope you give them a high five,bonus, and dinner for their outstanding performance and know that I will have your company do future projects for me.

Our AC stopped cooling during the summer heat, we called the company late on a Saturday evening and they were able to come the same day within a few hours. Mason was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our AC promptly. We would recommend this company, and use them again in the future.

UPDATE: A customer service Rep followed up with me after leaving my review and reconciled my concern with the price. I appreciate your team following up and getting to a fair solution!ORIGINAL:Got over charged for a service the technician should have caught at the initial walk through.After checking my electrical panel on the initial walk through, the technician told me he needed to “run a level 1 diagnostic” because he couldn’t figure out the issue. He said the cost of this would be $350.I questioned this price (aloud to the tech), and I mentioned it seemed like the fix should be a simple one, but he made it seem like he was going to be crawling under the house to “run the diagnostic” so I went ahead and agreed to pay…Within 5 minutes of signing off on the charge and paying for a full diagnostic, he had “found the problem at the electrical panel” – “a problem he didn’t see when he had initially checked” AND had completed the repair. A breaker replacement that should normally only cost a hundred bucks.Either this company’s pay scales are whack, or I got played by my technician. Which isn’t a comfortable position to be in as a single woman homeowner.I’ll give credit where it’s due: the tech was very polite, and arrived ahead of schedule. I’m just not sure that I’ll use them again, as I feel I was very over charged.

We’ve used them several times. Very happy with response time and service. They do our semi annual maintenance, replaced fan motor and condenser.

Install team did an amazing job. Super hard workers - they even managed to remove and hall away a giant concrete slab. Very impressed!

Daniel was very professional and friendly. My AC quit working on a very hot day. He explained all of the diagnostic test he was performing and the system results. He explained my repair options and the cost for repairs vs replacement of my 14 year old system. I decided to just replace the unit. Integrity was able to make replacement affordable and I was set to have the new system installed the next day. Sergio was my AC installer. He was very professional, friendly, and on time. He was able to get my new unit up and running in under 2 hours. I was able to have my system replaced within 24 hours of calling Integrity. This was a pleasant experience during an unpleasant event.

Came out to check out our electrical system for safety and see if anything needed to be upgraded. Extremely honest and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend.

If i can give a lot of zero for this company I definitely would! The worst company ever, please do not transact with these folks, poor after service especially customer service!We purchased a brand new HVAC unit on 12/29/22 and come Jan 10th the unit broke down and worse part is they messed up the gas line, so, since Jan 11th we dont have AC and heat and with no ventilation inside the house. What a nightmare! They are saying that a part (circuit board) is on backorder. Very frustrating!!!! Never ever trust this company.

Integrity did a wonderful job with a new system AC installation and fixing of a leakage in our other AC unit. They were knowledgeable and patient and quickly identified the issues and resolved them the next day. Sergio and Juan were courteous as they worked on the project while I was moving into my new house. It was chaos in the house but they never complained!

Guy on the phone and the technician were both very nice. Quoted $12,000 for the cheapest replacement for a 5 ton unit and was told it would be a simple job. Was told the estimate was free to come out but was charged for an emergency call. Definitely over priced!Edit: company has refunded the emergency call.

Polo came in very personable, found the problem and immediately addressed the issue, I then wanted two ceiling fans put up in my office and sitting area, he patiently waited for my husband to go buy the fans and went right to work on getting them installed. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote that was affordable and advised me of how I could save money. We have been experiencing issues with our AC blower fan not shutting off and it finally stopped working all together. I contacted Integrity Home Solutions at 9PM on a Saturday night and they assured me that a tech would be out Sunday between 11am-2pm. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jarick. He arrived at 11:45 and was very professional. Jarick explained the issues I was experiencing and gave me a couple different solutions. I was very pleased with the service of Jarick and Integrity Home Solutions.

BEWARE! They have good reviews but I think they expanded too much - our experience was pretty awful until I wrote a bad review. Integrity took over a good company - Bay Area Heating and Cooling - and pretty much ruined service from my experience. We had a partial repair in December under Bay Area and were set for the final repair when Integrity took over the company. That delayed the final A/C fix for nearly a month but the A/C was eventually fully repaired. Since Integrity took over we had two appointments cancelled during the appointment window because they cannot manage their workload. I initially had a military discount but Integrity dropped it was our invoice until I emailed their customer service. We unfortunately signed a maintenance contact under Bay Area that transferred so we are stuck with them for a while. They also tried calling us up to renew our contract even though it had only been active a couple months and then apologized for an admin error. If I were less aware, they could have stolen $200. OF NOTE - their technician and the damage control representative who responded to my bad review are great. They made things happen for us and the A/C is now working great..

If you want to have someone who has years of experience, an amazing final product, charisma and has an amazing work ethics then this is your guy. You can feel confident that he is going to find the right fix, do an exceptional job at a fair price. He works quickly but the work is done right. This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use their services again.

Their tech tried to quote me $1900 for an AC repair on a 4 year old unit. The unit was tripping the breaker. I said no way. Called someone else and it turned out to be a loose wire in the breaker panel. Ended up costing me $225. They told me my AC unit was in great condition. Integrity tried to rob me. Even worse is that their proposed fixed wouldn’t have even fixed the issue…I have no idea what my final cost would’ve end up being from them. The fact that their name is Integrity is laughable.

Do not use. They are not available for warranty or servicing work. I purchased a new $13k a/c unit 6 months ago which came with monthly servicing. IHS has cancelled every single appointment on the day-of the appointment. I have had 4 cancellations and not received an initial maintenance to date.

This is the second time we have used this PROFESSIONAL Company.When calling the office you are greeted with a spot on customer service!!!Before they arrive at your home you receive a text message at what time they will arrive.The gentleman who was at our house today explained all that needed to be correctly done. MICHAEL BELL is what EVERYONE desires in a Honest, Respectful, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Reliable REPAIRMAN. Michael came to our aid when our AC went out and we needed fresh cool air conditioning as my wife and I were in Quarantine for COVID. We employed all safety requirements for our illness with Michael and he did not let it affect his job performance one iota! Michael quickly examined our Heating/AC system outdoors. He explained to us how the system’s motored had stopped working, what our options were, what he could do to fix it, and when it could be completed. Now this conversation was at 8pm in the evening. Michael had worked all day and still came to our home because he knew we need air badly.He promised he would be up at 8:30am the next morning to order the NEW motor part. He would bring it over and install it as soon as it was delivered. He said it could take a couple days but he’d try to get it quick. He would call us later the next morning to let us know what happened.Michael CALLED in the morning and.the MOTOR was coming today. He would install it TODAY.MICHAEL KEPT HIS WORD! Very glad I did NOT end up hiring this company. They wasted my time and tried to sell me an entire system when I had only a few low cost items that needed replacing. Integrity Home Solutions charged me a $135 trip charge to fix my Whirlpool Water softener and were not able to fix it. They told me after a half an hour that I need to buy a new one.I call Cass Plumbing and they did not charge a trip fee and fixed my water softener for $300. There were obvious things wrong with it that Integrity Home Solutions didn't even see. Integrity Home Solutions is just a big ripoff!Call Cass Plumbing next time to get real Integrity work done.After talking to IHS regarding this negative review they offered a refund and asked me to consider up dating my review. I appreciate the refund but still wonder why it came after I wrote the negative review above. I'll let the readers of this review decide weather you want to use this business or not.

I asked to have breakers replaced. Unfortunately I have to get my whole panel replaced due to my breaker burning my panel. I had to get financial assistance for this. Anthony was able to help me get that part done. And although I got bad news about the breaker and panel Tony made it easy to get me financed and answered all of my questions. I also wanted a dedicated breaker for my microwave that I mentioned when I called.... I got more than I expected. The panel is something I'm more than happy with. Never seen a surge protector in a electrical panel. But I now have one. Alex and Dillon did an awesome job even though they had to cut my wall to get the new panel in. Everything has a dedicated breaker and labeled. The microwave even got a new plug that is directly in the back wall inside of my kitchen cabinet above it, instead of in the middle of my cabinet and taking up space I could use. They didn't leave my house a mess. They cleaned up afterwards. I had to work and they kept me updated on everything and called when they were done. My wife called them out to do a Condenser fan motor and capacitor replacement. The technician who arrived has 0 interested in repairing my unit and tried charging my wife $1700 for a simple repair(He did not know I used to work in the field and knew they were price gouging poor people who had no AC) after calling another local mom and pop shop, they got my unit running for less than $450. Integrity home solutions has 0 integrity and simply want to price gouge or upsell a customer on a new unit. Appreciate the situation being made right.‐---Responsive to a Sunday afternoon emergency and plumber was kind. However, was charged $1045 for a less than one square foot hole in the dry wall, cut/capping two one inch CPVC pipes (the second cap requires a second apppointment because didnt have the extra $3 cap at the time), and dry wall repair (in a future appointment). There is no itemized receipt to better understand the estimate, and parts are a small fraction. Even if plumbing work was an exorbitant half that cost can DIY or handyman dry wall for much less. In fact, cost for this work was given after working estimate for full repiping...

Ernesto gave me different options on fixes. I opted to just get a whole new system. They are coming today to install it. I call last night at 8pm and less than 24 hours later, I will have a new more efficient system.So impressed with the company and the professionalism the crew have! Very thankful

Our renters called to have the ac repaired. They charged 1/2 upfront. They indicated that the unit wasn’t under warranty. They didn’t have the part that they ordered a month and a half later. We called the AC repair company the we use at our home and it was under warranty and was fixed in two days. Since they didn’t do anything I requested to have the full amount refunded to us which took about another month. Phone were to be returned which also rarely happened.I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Worst service and customer experience I have ever had.

My breaker kept tripping on the same day every time the microwave was used. Ultimately, I called Integrity Home Solutions as I was worried that there might be a bigger problem. I did notice that our microwave was not working when I connected it to a functional outlet but still wanted to ensure that there was no significant electrical issue. We have gone through extenuating times. I was a frontline outpatient physician until there was an unexpected death in my family last year,….so I did not want any added concerns for the wellbeing of my children/ family. Integrity was quick to schedule an electrician to come the next day.Antonio came this morning and inspected everything and confirmed it was likely the old microwave which tripped the breaker multiple times. When I went pay him for his service, he said he had waived my fee. If it reoccurs, then there would be a charge of course to fix any bigger issue, but I was very happy that he waived this initial fee as I work even harder now than in the past to help my children and family as we are still grieving. Two technicians came to my home and after thorough examination of the heat pump and air handler they determined the problem was a leak in the condenser coil. Both techs were polite and mindful of good housekeeping, donning booties any time they needed to come inside. We sat together at the dining room table and Jason gave me pricing to repair the coil or replace the entire unit. I used Integrity Home Solutions for the first time last week for the $99.00 kitchen drain clearing service (+same day service, 100% satisfaction guarantee, NO service call fees, NO dispatch fees)) as they advertise currently on their website. Too good to be true?The team came, assessed the situation and decided to clean the drain through the vent on the roof. My house has a flat roof with a quite steep mansard, which makes it tough to climb up. Technician cleaned the drain, yet as almost all was done... a part of the snake cable disconnected, and stayed in the drain deep under the house. This happens at times - I have been told. This clogged the pipe now to 100%.I received a written statement about what happened per email, yet also, I have been assured, they will retrieve the piece of the snake.The Integrity Home Solutions team returned 5 times in 2 days and did not give up. With involvement of very experienced and knowledgeable manager Norman, technician Ramon the issue was fixed. I have been very thankful for their reassuring attitude, great work ethic and diligent attempts until the issue was fixed.And yes, the advertised price was honored. This company, will be my company to go to, for any issue they can help with. I also will recommend them to my friends and you.

We are tenants and it was just a quote but they were still remarkably timely with scheduling (next business day). Replacing a septic drain field is no small job. Danny was very prompt and informative. He even came up with some alternative solutions we can propose to our landlord to save thousands and possibly resolve our issue faster. Danny went up and sneak up on the roof and when I unable to clear the blockage he came down and found out it was in the under the sink piping. He didn’t have the parts on his truck but he spent a lot of time taking things apart trying to find a solution before he called his manager and they were sending another truck. After they get your money, they do not represent with Integrity. I have had several appointments, they have had to reschedule on their end. The most recent event is they were sending out a Manager because there is not enough return in my home to support the AC unit THEY installed. He was a no show and no call. My appointment was between 2pm-4pm and I waited until 6pm. Extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and disappointing. I will not do any business with this company at all for any needs.

Sorry if I have the name wrong but Norman? was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though it was done quickly it was a professional, clean installation. It looks and works great. We had hot water again in just a few short hours. Sure we probably could've done it ourselves for about half the price but it definitely wouldn't have been done that quickly or looked that nice.

My A/C would not turn on, in the middle of August in FL....pretty scary. I contacted Integrity & they scheduled an appointment the same day. Tech Cesar was actually an hour early, perfect for me. Eddie the crew chief choreographed the installation of the condenser and the indoor air mover A/C. He installed the UV light change the fuse box install the new thermostat cleaned up after himself and preventive damage to my property. The team of three were hard-working. From 11 AM to 8:30 PM in temperature is nearing 100°. They were in communication with the central office and we’re all on the same page. I’ve already told one neighbor about them and had her come to look.

He did great work. I didn't do the Bathroom exhaust fan because the company charge too much ( $ 800,00 ). That is coaching the customer.

Our homeowners insurance company stated that we needed to upgrade our electrical wiring in our home. Brian came out with Integrity Home Solutions and was AMAZING! After performing a thorough inspection, he informed us we didn’t need any rewiring, that all our wiring was up to code and legal and recommended to contact our insurance company and ask if an updated 4point inspection or a report from the electrician would be sufficient. I plan to call my insurance company Monday but Brian lived up to your company’s moniker. 5 stars all the way and we will absolutely call Integrity for any future concerns.

The tec that came to our house was amazing. Was willing to teach me while he was working on the problem. Explained why he was testing in the order he was testing why he was testing this part of the circuit and how it was wired. If you need a electrician to come out use Integrity and ask for Travis Bowen. Can not say enough how professional and down to earth he was. Thought me a few things while he was here.

We just moved into our new home and we tested our washer out. Of course it started to leak into the garage, so we called Integrity, and they had a plumber out in less than an hour! Pascal arrived to troubleshoot a plumbing leak in my home. Was very thorough and up front about the possible sources and did as much as he could to locate the leak. Provided invaluable insight into other potential sources of the water when no leak was detected.

In a panic I called integrity plumbing cause I had absolutely no drainage. Operator told me he could have someone here between midnight and 2 am. I was injured by one of their negligence of their employees. I had to have a three-layer neck fusion. Their employee had a van parked in the middle of the road at 10 at night with no lights on in a dark spot. All I could say is be very careful with this company because I'm still waiting to be compensated for my injuries. I wouldn't use this company if they would do the job for free. Also I wanted to add that their insurance company has not paid me yet and I'm having to sue the owner and the driver of the vehicle that injured me in order to be conversated for my serious lifelong injury

Was having difficulty with my reverse osmosis water system. Tyler worked diligently to make corrections on a previous plumbers improper install. Hello,Please find my review based on a water heater installment. After being out for the day on Saturday, I come home to my 16-year-old water heater pouring out water all over the garage. After calling around to locate a plumber due to a water heater repair emergency, Integrity Home Solutions was the only company that had an opening for Saturday night repair. I am not going to lie; this company is expensive, but what waives the cost is the services I received from the technician who arrived at my home on a Saturday at 6:50 pm. His disposition, workmanship, attention to detail and friendliness made me feel at ease.HUGE THANK YOU to Ryan C; for taking care of my water heater installation with care and accuracy. It's nothing like having someone to do work at your home; that knowns their craft. That is a hard thing to find these days. I most definitely will request Ryan for my next repair.

He gave me the option for him supplying the unit or myself. We saved thousands by purchasing our own. Next day he came back directly after I called, again. Super fast! As the installation became difficult due to the way my house is set up when most would have quite, Steve was a problem solver! This 1 hour job ended up taking more than 2 and he stuck with it and was super nice and professional the whole way. Very happy about this fix and will definitely use again! Highly recommend 👌

1,800 dollars to repair small amount of duct work is price gouging. Was told only needed to let duct work dry and reattach duct work back to air handler. Not to mention the service manager had the audacity to say I was misleading when asked about if anyone had been up in the attic and bumped the duct work. To make a long story short. What I told the tech and what the service manager got from what the tech told him are completely off track. The only time I was up in the attic was to see why I found a large water stain on my ceilng. That's when it was discovered water was dripping from the wet duct work. As I said,1,800 dollars is a lot of money for such a small amount of work. I've also found my experience with integrity,since the new air system they installed in 2020 to be very disappointing up to this point. I find them to be very expensive on anything they do.

Over priced. The quote was outrageous and kept going up the longer we talked. Tech was on the phone when he came to the door so he couldn’t hear me tell him to come in. They also tried to cancel my service appointment that I made 4 business days in advance due to an emergency. I understand things happen, I just think they should honor what they told me they would do. This was the a/c tech.I also had a plumber come out from this company the same day. He was very nice. He also showed up early. That said their quote to repair a tub drain was $800 more than the plumber I had do the work.I would not recommend this company. Go with the local small business owner!

Brian, was very good at troubleshooting the problem I had with my power. He also took the time to do a home electrical inspection and hightlighted areas that could be improved on. I definitely will utilize his services in the future.

We replaced our air conditioner unit with the advice of the company and spent $14,000 last Fall and have had the company back to check it at least 15 times. We have had several times where our thermostat is set to 70 and reaching 75 and we know there is a problem. Technicians will show up but can never solve the problem so we continue to live with the inconvenience that our AC may not work and we will need to continually call for service. This has caused a severe inconvenience.

I could not rave enough about the service Daniel in the plumbing section gave was above and beyond any expectation I had. He fixed the drain and installed a toilet and he did a wonderful job. It turns out the toilet I purchased did not fit and he secured another and installed that as well as taking the other out to the garage for us. We spent over 20k on a brand new AC unit, March of 2022. We were told it would be under warranty. Since March our AC unit has broken three times leaving us with no AC. Currently our AC has been out for almost two weeks. We were told it would be another week with no AC. Our home is over 90 degrees, with an infant, toddler, 4 year old and 6 year old. We were told they cannot do anything for over another week. We have had nothing but issues with a brand new unit we have spent WAY too much money on. We would never recommend this company to ANYONE. They will sell you a story and give you a unit that continuously breaks.6/19/23 UPDATE: still no AC. Spoke with Patrick the manager who told me he would be out to my house as soon as he got the part. The part has come in and the manager told me the soonest he can get someone there is 8pm however he is no longer coming out. He hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Absolutely ridiculous. A few days ago my downstairs carrier AC system shut off and was no longer working. I called integrity to come out and give me a diagnosis and estimate. Long story short they attempted to charge me $3000 to install a new blower fan motor that ended up costing 80% less to fix from a competitor. The service professional is on time, and he was very good at diagnosing and explaining the issue, while ruling out the possibility of other issues, but to charge somebody $3000 for a part that A competitor replaced in 30 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. Do you research, and it’s worth paying the money to have a second opinion. I would not recommend this company.

Had a great experience before, no problems. Called them today because our A/C was having issues keeping up. They came and looked, but something they did while inspecting left us with no A/C whatsoever. I called and spoke to the manager who said that was a reasonable outcome for our particular problem, and that we would not be even be refunded for the inspection (we still had to pay despite being part of a maintenence plan, it apparently only discounts their visits to $50). I went to make sure they had at least patched the whole they cut in oir duct correctly and found that not only can I just stick my finger through the sides, but they also just left the knife on the floor (pics attached). The manager's response to that complaint, was that he would be willing to have someone come pick up the knife. No apologies, and no refund for a $50 charge to come out. I found cheaper quotes in 5 minutes of shopping elsewhere, please save yourself the time and money, and definitely do not call if your A/C is still kind of working.Edit: I was issued a refund, despite the operations manager giving me an attitude and telling me I wouldn't get one, so good on customer service for that much. They didn't offer to fix the duct, but fortunately for me, the ac company I went with instead fixed it free of charge.

The first two photos are from Integrity cutting holes in my plenum and ductboard (1st visit). Yes, it's being held down by some black tape. And yes, they cut all 4 sides & pulled it out.I called the next day, said this isn't the way to repair holes. So, someone else comes out and uses hardware from my attic to hold down hole (3rd photo)....which is now permanently stuck to the duct board.All I wanted was a duct cleaning estimate which I never received.Tried calling to speak to managers on several occasions...no response. The person I spoke to yesterday promised a call back today. Nothing.My unit is still leaking as a result of these massive holes....

I needed my over 50 year old Master Bathroom Light/Fan replaced. Everywhere I called they wanted to charge a service fee to come out and give an estimate.Integrity Home Solutions was responsive to my online request yesterday and had an appointment setup for today between 10-12....and NO service fee to come out and give estimate. This morning received call at 7:30 from their office stating they had a Tech that could be here by 8:30 and if this was okay.....of course!!!Michael showed just before 8:30 looked at the job and gave me a few options. My condo is over 50 years old with no attic space so I knew going in it wasn't going to be cheap. Michael did advise me of possible need for someone to come out afterwards for some slight drywall repairs. I was comfortable with the price until I heard about the possibility of ceiling repairs. Michael noticed my concern and went the extra step researching possible solutions. He gave me a few other options that he felt would solve the need for ceiling repairs.Michael was prompt going and returning to get the necessary supplies, He had quite a few obstacles with getting the new light/fan to fit but he remained persistent and managed every obstacle with professionalism. Can not say enough just how much I appreciated his workmanship and knowledge.Would recommend Intergrity Home Solutions for any of your Household needs, and HIGHLY recommend Michael.

We use their AC/Electrical/Plumbing inspection and maintenance service. Upon inspecting the AC, they told us we needed $3K in repairs and half the job was replacing parts that are still covered under warranty. We got a quote from another Angi recommended vendor, with whom we don't have a service plan, and they did all the repairs for $600. They were a little shocked by how much IHS wanted to charge us. Next, we had a flood in the house from a broken pipe... the plumber who came out to do the emergency repair (from another company as it was after hours) said the pipe was degrading and it was only a matter of time before it broke. We've been anxiously awaiting the plumbing inspection from Integrity to be sure we don't have any other weak pipes/spots of concern. TWICE I waited home all day for them to come out to do a scheduled inspection and TWICE they called less than an hour before the appointment to tell me they were too busy to come out. I'm not confident this professional relationship is going to work out. We'll see what happens when they finally show up to check the plumbing. At this point I'm fully expecting them to try to charge us another 500% markup for any repairs. I do not recommend their inspection/maintenance plan.

Entire process was amazing. The dispatcher who I had to call on Christmas Eve at 6pm for a sewage backup was extremely friendly and helpful despite it being a holiday. They offered me service on Christmas day, although we wound up booking for 8am the day after Christmas. Jeff was on time, kind and professional. He was extremely patient in answering all of my questions, and very knowledgeable. He showed me step by step what was going on and possible outcomes and was transparent with future costs and estimates. Truly couldn't have asked tor a better first time plumbing issue experience & at the holidays no less. I NEVER leave reviews but this level of service warranted it! Thanks so much!!

We bought our AC unit from Integrity Home Solutions a year ago, and also paid for an annual maintenance contract.The AC unit was running fine. On monday, the company sent Tom out for a scheduled maintenance call. Tom said the capacitor is weak and will need to be replaced soon.Lo and behold, today on Wednesday, 2 days later, the AC is spewing out hot air, so we have to call the company to replace the capacitor at the cost of $230 (labor only).Coincidence? I would hate to think that the serviceman did something to the capacitor, causing it to be replaced.In the meantime, the temperature in our home shot past 80°F.Draw your own conclusions!

Daniel was very professional. He arrived promptly and introduced himself and got tright to work. He walked us through the process and made sure the drains were clear before he left. I’d definitely use this company again!

Danny was super nice and helpful in explaining what was going on with our septic pipes. We were previously quoted a VERY high price for relining our septic pipes because we were told by a very well known company (I will not name them but they are well known for plumbing) that our pipes were basically done and needed a whole new reline job. Danny was so sweet and even showed me the camera feed of what the pipes looked like and explained his reasoning for doing a hydro cleaning instead! We were quoted literally 1/2 the price of the relining and he explained every step of the process. Very friendly and professional as well!

Unfortunately I had to go back and edit my review. I have used Home Integrity in the past and they were great, but no such luck with my last experience. The plumber who came out to replace my kitchen sink was very professional and nice but he didn't turn the water to the house off before beginning work. This caused a huge amount of water to flood my kitchen and underneath my living room, wooden floor. I called the office and they told me they will have someone contact me to repair the floor, two weeks later I call them again because they didn't contact me and they said they couldn't find anyone to do the work and they will refund me my payment....All this took place while the house was being listed for sale, so I am selling my home with a warped floor and the promise of a refund but its already been two weeks.(at this point I just want to move on) .I contacted them again today and they said they forgot to refund me and that it would be another 5-7 business days.

From the start contacting the company to schedule an appointment for my dual kitchen sink which was clogged, Chalynn was extremely helpful and professional getting me an appointment the same day. I want to thank Daniel M. Service technician that came out yesterday and was able to get my 21 year old central heat and ac unit to work. I called after 7pm for an emergency AC repair and they advised someone would be out between midnight and 4am. Jason was at my door by 11pm. He was very polite, professional and he gave me multiple options for the repair/replacement of the AC. Unfortunately, I have a very old unit (20 years) and the cost to repair it would be over half of the cost for a brand new unit. They will be back out tomorrow to get the whole thing replaced. Thank you Jason for your efficiency and care!

**UPDATE**Since leaving my below review 1 week ago and filing a complaint with the BBB, I have been contacted by Integrity Home Solutions by two different customer service managers, Tiffany and Rachel, both of whom were sincere and showed concern regarding my experience. So far, I have received a partial refund and an apology from Tobby. Although I will not be doing business with Integrity Home Solutions in the future, I am left with no ill-will towards the company because of the employees who did the right thing to amend the wrongdoings - thanks Tiffany and Rachel! I have also changed my stars rating from 1 star to 3 stars as requested by Integrity Home Solutions due to this resolution.Original review 5/31/2023:DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, HERE IS YOUR WARNING!!!!!!!!!! $764.00 on a service call and dye test is a JOKE. Almost as funny as the manager TOBBY was while trying to 1. get him on the phone and 2. to understand my position. I paid $764.00 and was told this included soldering the leak and refilling with freon. 24 hours later, I was still sitting in a hot house, that I already knew had a leak before calling, and was told I needed a new coil for $5,500.00 with a 17-day lead time or a new system (which btw, there BASE model no-name system STARTS at $11,000...Eeeek). Please don't make the mistake I did. I gave Tobby multiple opportunities to do the right thing , however, since he degraded me financially by saying I can't afford the repairs and spoke over me the whole 40+ mins we were on the phone, I doubt he heard anything I said. I have now started a complaint with the BBB. I will happily change this review if the right thing is done by this company, but until then, this review and my opinion stands. Again, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I chose Integrity because of their 5 star reviews. Well now I am adding another one. Jonathan was the service technician who arrived early and solved the problem with our ac. He was professional, extremely knowledge, and talked me through my problems and how they could be fixed. Our ac is up and running and the price was reasonable. We are very happy customers and will recommend Integrity to my friends.

I called several emergency companies when my drains backed up. Amber with the Integrity team was both responsive and professional. They explained the process and gave me a clear timeline for service. They even sent me a picture of Michael before he arrived which meant a lot. Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. Both Amber and Michael take pride in their work and gave me an amazing experience in the midst of an emergency. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would surely use them again.

Replaced outside breaker for AC unit. Listened to home owner concerns regarding issues with breaker tripping when heat system activated. Office staff called to say Alex the technician was able to arrive earlier than appointment. Alex was informative and able to communicate action plan clearly starting with least costly repair. Small job but nonetheless these guys nailed it. Same day, meaning with in hours of me calling. My job was not an emergency but they were able to come out same day. Had the materials with him to do the job.Zach did a great job and very professional! I'll be using Integrity for future projects.

Had an issue with our electric on a weekend(Sunday morning) and called them out. Jhavori was there right away and we discussed our issue and he gave us a quote and explained how the rest of the process would happen. In the end I decided to fix it myself but appreciated up front communication and professionalism from all involved.

It all started with a sewer line clog, which backed up into the house. Integrity was able to come out that night and work on the issue. They also came back the next two days to continue working until the job was done. I want to thank them for their professional and timely service.Then I sprung a leak underneath my kitchen. I decided to go with the whole house repipe since the house is getting older and I wanted to avoid future issues. They came out and did a full house repipe and were very professional the entire time. Unfortunately there were multiple issues with the kitchen trench that they had to dig to get to the island. Each time the inspector came out, there were new issues. While it was frustrating that it took multiple attempts, I was grateful that Integrity stuck with the project and saw it through to completion. There was an additional issue with the floor repair after the trench was dug. While other companies would have run away from the problem, once again Integrity stayed and worked to fix the situation. I am very thankful for Norman Nicholson and his efforts to do the right thing. If you are getting plumbing work done, ask for Norm!

How the experience started is not how it finished. I enlisted Integrity Home to do some plumbing work. My neighbor used them and had a great experience. I requested the plumber that she had, he was very nice and worked clean. Appointment came they sent someone else. When I called they said the person I requested was out sick. So I kept the appointment anyway. The young gentleman they sent was nice enough but not very experienced. Although the technical work he did was fine, he did not finish the work properly and left my house a complete mess. He was trying to rush and just made more work. One project was to fix a toilet that was wobbly. After creating a mess and telling me that the toilet was solid, it was just as bad as it was before. At that point I called to complain. They were very polite and apologetic. I asked that my original plumber come to fix the work. Jarrett Mathis came and saw what we were left with and began to correct the work. He spent a while at our place. It became one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had. Jarrett was polite, well mannered, well spoken and certainly knew his business. His work was impeccable. The fact that Integrity Home Solutions was quick to respond to my dissatisfaction and Jarrett totally turned the experience around, makes me happy to give them a good review and would recommend them if someone asked. The only thing I would tell them is to ask for Jarrett Mathis. It’s very hard to find someone so good at what they do and that takes great pride in their work. As for the young man that came first, he just needs to slow down and take pride in his work. Nice young man but needs some coaching.

Jason was very detailed and thorough. I needed my A/C cleaned and evaluated and he did the job.

The night that I called Integrity, a pair of kitchen outlets and the dishwasher wouldn't work. I checked the electrical box, noticed one switchout of place and when I tried to reset it, it wouldn't reset. I tried it several times and to no avail. The morning came and I tried again and again about an hour before their repairman Billy Nathan arrived, still to no avail. I was waiting in the garage for him to arrive and tried it one more time. To my surprise, it reset and everything was fine again. Then he pulled up. He was as polite as could be and was happy that it corrected itself. He thanked us for calling Integrity, asked us if he could answer any questions, wished us a nice day and was gone before I had a chance to get him a tip for his time.

Fred did a great job with our HVAC maintenance! He was kind, professional, and even vacuumed up the dust from the attic after. We will definitely use Integrity Solutions again.

Jason was the assigned specialist that arrived to my home. He quickly diagnosed the inside unit had a leak and the outside unit freon was less than half the prescribed amount. He performed a patch/repair on the coil that was leaking and topped of the freon. He also had a higher grade coil cleaner and made the outside unit look brand new. He shared tips with me that I can do to help maintain the system. I went from trying to sleep 81 degrees in the house to a burrr 73 degrees. It will go cooler but for me 72-73 degrees is awesome. Almost had to put comforter on bed. I highly recommend Integrity Home Solutions. They have given me peace of mind and confidence to better look after my system. Thank you all so much. God Bless.

Did not have an electrician in town- and when I saw the sale on this company’s site - I decided to give it a try, knowing the price wasn’t going to be the sale. What hooked me was that they are open 7 days a week, and nothing in business hours is an emergency rate. I set up an appointment around 12 am Sunday morning thinking it would be wed or thurs before I heard back. They got me an appointment the same Sunday at noon😋. The technician showed up early and was very professional. It took a few hours to get the power going and we thought all was good. I paid the fee $350 and he was on his way. Unfortunately, I had a hidden problem and it didn’t act up until a little after power was restored. I called the main line and asked the dispatch if they could send him back- they worked me into the schedule and he came back to fix things. All is good- and I’m glad I had called them !

Technician was prompt and polite. Left the area clean and orderly. Explained the process thoroughly. Inspected the drain lines via camera.

Absolutely outstanding service from trustworthy people. I will be trusting them with all my electrical needs from now on! Seth caught 3 code violations that a previous company had done when they installed my new breaker box, one of which was a 20amp breaker on a 15amp wire which was causing an outlet to overheat and had actually caused the outlet to melt previous and the other company had charged me $572 to fix that outlet. The electrician from the other company even told me I needed to run a new line because the breaker and outlet were the wrong size, never once catching the fact that the wire going into the breaker was the wrong size or the other 2 code violations. Seth really saved me, and because of him, I got the breaker fixed and all the code violations corrected with reimbursement from the previous company, including reimbursement for the melted outlet they caused!

A nightmare.Spoke with Sheilen (maybe misspelled) on Tuesday (AUG 8th), requested A/C service and got an appointment for Thursday (AUG 10th) 8-10 AM. Got confirmation text and email with wrong date, I reached out to correct and confirm, she fixed it. Come Thursday get a text at 7:02AM stating technician Scott was on his way. At 8:26AM get a call from a different representative stating that the text they sent was incorrect, and that the technician had an emergency and could not come anymore and therefore we needed to reschedule. At this point I notified the representative that my A/C unit was beginning to leak - she asked for details and wrote the information on file. We rescheduled for 4-8PM same day - Thursday. Cancelled my family plans to accommodate.At 6:24pm get another call, this time from Alex - stating that we needed to reschedule AGAIN because the company was scheduling A/C service for the following week and that the technician was not coming that day. Needless to say I was not happy - I told Alex that I had been waiting since Tuesday, that my unit was now leaking and that I needed a technician. He stated that since my A/C was cooling it was not urgent - he said he was reading the notes on file.He stated he would lower the service fee due to the inconvenience if we rescheduled AGAIN. He REASSURED me that this time their technician would be at my house without any issues, on time - so I agreed, now obviously disappointed, to reschedule for Friday (AUG 11th) from 2-6PM. On Friday (yesterday) at 4:27PM get ANOTHER call from a different representative stating that the technician was going to be late as he was in Odessa, FL. (?) At this point I told her that if I did not hear anything from them by 6PM to CANCEL the request as this was already a nightmare.Nobody SHOWED up from 2-6 after we waited again.I got a text at 6:13PM stating technician Brenden was on his way - he never showed up.

I lost power to my home without a Duke outage.... ON A SUNDAY! I called many places and Integrity HS was able to come out within a few hours and restore power. The tech (Sabrina Denning) that was dispatched to my home (on her day off) was not only very knowledgeable, she was also very personable as well. The price was about what I would expect for a Sunday emergency call. All-in-All, 5 STARS!

I used Integrity for the first time today for both a plumbing and an AC issue. Stephen came out ahead of schedule and worked diligently to find the leak and repair the issue. The leak had caused quite a bit of damage. He was able to refer me to a water mitigation company and he even stayed until they arrived to help me walk them through the issue. He was was so helpful as he explained each part of the process and the repairs needed. He was patient with my questions and completed the work right away. He quoted me a fair price and the price never changed.Jason came out later to work on my AC. My unit is over 20 years old with multiple signs of previous repairs. Jason was honest and willing to complete just the repair I asked for, but also was thorough with the explanation of the system's condition and walked me through all my options. He spent time to go over plans, pricing, and the company's guarantees as well as answer all my questions. Both technicians were professional and courteous. I will continue to use this company for all of my future plumbing, AC, and electrical needs and will refer them to others. As a new home owner they made me feel comfortable and confident with their work and with the repairs. Great company!

*Modified my review after service has continued*Their technicians are courteous and informative, all that have been used on my project. Currently they are fixing old cast iron piping in my house. There is still some work left to complete, but that is to be expected, currently waiting for inspection, then work will resume on replacing water heater as well.One thing the call center needs to work on is following up with calls for these large projects. My main gripe was with communication in my previous first post before updating review, the service workmanship is top notch though. Once my project is complete, I will change my review to 5 stars with an updated review.

Responsive and courteous! Showed up early as they called ahead! Gave some options and explained the mechanics of our salt water system . Explained costs and all!

I wish I could give them a negative star count. I called them due to a toilet back up. Their ad promises 1 drain clean out for $99.00 They came to my house and decided we would need to pull and snake the toilet. If we pulled and replaced the toilet ourselves the price would be $425.00. When we told him no and asked about the special he told up it was only for the clean out in the ground(THERE ADVERTISEMENT DOES NOT SAY THIS). To ad insult to injury for his false advertising we had to pay him $50.00. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are false advertisers.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and advised me on approaches that could help save me a lot of money (i.e., trustworthy). I'm not sure what more you could look for in an electrician.

Thank you for the fabulous service! I've had a very hard time trying to find a plumber to work on my Rubi (brand) bathroom fixtures. Apparently fixtures other than the norm are quite intimidating for many in the business, but after searching for over a month, I found Integrity Home Solutions and was able to schedule a next-day appointment. I had no hot water and a constant drip from the rain shower head. Pascal came out with a positive mindset that plumbing is plumbing, it shouldn't be too difficult, I'll learn something new and make the repairs - yes, perfect, that is exactly what happened and the price was fair. Pascal was very friendly and professional. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Rob and Dillan. They came to complete a job that was diagnosed by a fellow electrician. But instead of just doing the job as originally assessed, they chose to reassess before they had to tear my house apart. This was a very tricky job. They found other issues and took care of them professionally and accurately. No tearing up of walls and ceilings! Rob was extremely patient in answering all my questions and listening to my descriptions of what had occurred to cause a need for an electrician. Great guys! Professional and friendly.

Great Service and Kind. AC was getting hot and Tony G came by and fixed our air-conditioning system. He was funny, polite and professional.

Spencer Hall saved the day for me over the weekend. I was in a very bad situation when my lawn mower barely tapped the pvc pipe for my irrigation system while i was cutting my side yard and the pipe just started spraying out water like a sprinkler because apparently it had gotten so brittle from the heat and sun. Another plumbing company advised me to try closing the valve using the valve handle that was located directly on the pvc line itself. When I tried this the entire pipe broke off and water shot out like a fire hydrant hitting me in the face and quite literally startled me and caused me to trip over another drain line behind me and fall flat on my back. I ran out to the road to try and turn off my main water line which was covered with dirt and roots and once I finally dug around to try and find the valve the hole started to fill up with the same water that was literally flooding the side of my house from the irrigation line at this point. The first plumbing company I was already on the phone with said they could be there in about 4hrs. I hung straight up on them and called Integrity Home Solutions next. Integrity understood the urgency of the matter and quickly alerted Spencer who drove all the way from St. Petersburg to Gibsonton in a timely manner and soon as he arrived he hopped right out of his truck and began saving the day. Spencer is a very professional, easy to talk to Army veteran who saved my goose on a Saturday and then came back on his off day on Monday to finish the job off for me. I give Spencer an A+ rating and Integrity Home Solutions a full 5 Stars.

I called because I had a friend replace my hot water heater and it was not correct so it was leaking. I called Integrity at 7 am Saturday Steve Erwin was here by 1pm. I thought I would catch attitude since it was basically cleaning up someone else's error. I didn't get that at all, he was very respectful very understanding. Gave me options explained everything to me. I will be back when a plumber is needed again but also...someone give Steve a pat on the back for a job well done. Daniel came out and he was quick and professional and took care of it within like maybe an hour or so and stayed and checked everything over a few times just to make sure it was all good. 5 stars to Daniel for making me want to use integrity again if needed in the future.

I'm so thankful we worked with Integrity Home Solutions. Even though the news about our AC system was catastrophic, Josh came to our residence in a timely fashion and helped us find a workable solution that fit our budget. He informed us of the process every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure that we understood our options. If this company employs more technicians like Josh, I can highly recommend working with them.

This company doesn't know what integrity is. I had them come out to troubleshoot my AC unit because it was blowing hot air. After 5 minutes, the technician tells me what the problem is and quoted me $900+ the fee for troubleshooting. I paid the $50 fee and said goodbye. My dad who is an HVAC technician told me the parts cost $30 so I bought it myself and installed it in less than 10 minutes. It's sad to think of all the people they rip off 😡. The parts were capacitor and kick starter.

Bryan was great, he knew exactly what to do and was professional and efficient. My new TV outlet looks great and no more wires hanging out. I recommend Bryan to anyone needing electrician work.

Norman Nicholson, the plumbing manager, came out after I had a new sump pump installed by Integrity 3 days before his visit,because the electrical portion of the pump was working intermittently. He determined that the pump was working at the time of his visit. It was explained that at times the electrical portion of the pump didn’t work as we had taken a hose and filled the pump with water and it did not trigger the pump to drain. Additionally, two nearby outlets on my screened porch that worked the day prior to the installation of the sump pump no longer work and we discussed the fact that an electrician would need to evaluate what was going on (since the pump was working at time). He told me that he would have the office contact me to schedule an electrician. That was on January 30, 2023 today is February 11, 2023 and I have not heard from Integrity at all since Norman’s visit. I also requested an itemized receipt for the services provided with the installation of the sump pump at the time of installation and have not received one and Norman told me he would have the receipt sent to me. I specifically asked if he needed my email and he said that he already had it in their system. I have yet to receive my itemized receipt. I was charged over $3000 for the installation of the sump pump with a macerating blade. This was an installation of the pump and a new and larger box for the pump only. It was a replacement of a smaller pump and all plumbing lines were already there and clear at the time of the new pump installation. I have since found out that this fee was excessive and I feel that as a single woman, who knows nothing about pumps or plumbing, that I was taken advantage of. The lack of follow up with a promised appointment from from an electrician, and the continued failure to provide me with a receipt and feeling that the price charged (essentially price gouging in my opinion) leads me to leave this negative review.

Integrity Home Solutions is awesome! I set up an appointment online and called to see if they had anything earlier and Antonio was out here within two hours. Antonio quickly got to work and put in a new breaker for us that was previously melted. Everything is working again! I would highly recommend using their services.

I have a maintenance plan for every 6 months. It has been super easy with their reminders, appointment booking and technicians that show up. Today I had Jake come out for the maintenance, he was on time and professional but also personable. He did his checks and then let me know how everything was looking. Made a recommendation that I will be doing at the next maintenance check. Smooth and easy process every time!

Jason Thompson was very polite and informative. He not only performed necessary service but showed me how to continually perform basic maintenance to avoid issues in the future. He also explained and showed me how to clean the drain line and how to keep it clean. Had a/c work done by Jake Echevarria who charged over two thousand dollars to repair my unit. I was hesitant but he told me it would be warrantied for 18 months. The problem was not fixed and then he come out and tells me it will be about two grand because he thinks the problem is something else despite assuring us when we paid the two thousand that it would fix the problem. After explaining that he told us we would be covered by warranty that it should be covered he is now not responding.He was also late to every appoint despite the companies motto about details mattering. All in all very disappointing for a company with integrity in the name…

He took time to explain various suggestions that I've not been told before, to keep our Trane A/C system running proficiently. Previously gave 5 stars... Thought they were an honest company. NOPE!I have been called by this company multiple times about a property I don't own. I've told them remove my name and all my contact information, apparently this is not clear enough instructions. Now today, after reviewing last months bills, I found out I've been being charged 28 dollars for last month and this month for what? Who knows! Not me! I didn't authorize any recurring charges. So this means they kept my card on file also without my consent and started charging it in December for some reason also without my consent.

We were disappointed with Integrity when we called for a minor plumbing job. After the first day, I put in a good review for the the worker, even tho he was coming back the next day due to lack of a part. He ultimately took 2 full days, made several trips to Home Depot for very long stretches (HD is about 2 miles away), and borrowed my husbands tools in order to get it done. It looks terrible, but its at least not leaking any more. (This was a replacement for a leaky outdoor spigot).Second time we called them was for our AC maintenance checkup, as we had a plan with them that was passed from a different company and was absorbed by them. The worker called to cancel because they were “TOO BUSY” about the time he was supposed to arrive at our house. The third time was the rescheduled AC checkup…….the same thing happened! Last minute cancellation on the morning of the appointment.So we will never recommend or try to use Integrity again.We had paid for the maintenance agreement, so that’s lost.

Jr. Was professional, thorough and explained the entire process. He also gave us some very valuable tips on regular maintenance on our part. He was patient and unruffled in spite of some family issues going on at the same time. Your company told us a tech would be here by midnight. We received a call about an hour later to let us know a tech was available. Even our dog liked him. And when we left an inadvertent negative response, we got a call back NEXT MORNING to see if it could be resolved. There was absolutely NO issue with Jr.'s work OR how this company treated us.We will definitely be contracting with your company again.HIGHLY recommended

Have used Integrity for years for our plumbing and AC. This most recent time, I tried to put off the toilet repairs & used every trick in the book to DIY the constant clog. I thought I had it but had them take a look since they were fixing the toilet downstairs too (old valves). Thank goodness I had an actual professional look at it because they found a large pipe cleaner really down in there and only a snake was going to get it. The peace of mind to have toilets that work!! The best part: they came the same day I called. Now that's great service!!!

Called for a quote on HVAC. Just do your due diligence when getting quotes. The price was almost twice as other quotes I received from other reputable companies and I made sure I was comparing similiar products and doing a fair assessment. The technician was also not professional. Just be sure to get other quotes. I am going with another company that is thousands of $ cheaper for a very high quality system with similiar warranties on parts, service and labor.

Tried to use them they're too busy. I get they don't want to lose the opportunity but dont keep me hanging by giving me a window knowing they can't make it then calling after they missed the 4 hour window saying another hour and a half then calling again because they cant make it and offering another 4 hour window please just say you can't do it. I'm sitting here without electric if you were honest I could prepare to be without electric better than stringing me along. Bad way to set expectations no one offers compassion or apologies for stringing you along. Just be upfront set the expectations even if people choose to go else where. Integrity!

Joshua Swanger came to our house on Tuesday for an issue with our A/C not cooling. After spending two hrs checking our system completely he found the problem. A coupe of the keys that hold the door close over the cools was not closed all the way and keys were broken. Joshua got this issue fixed and checked the unit again and it was doing just as it should. He arrived within the promised time window, was very personable, explained everything, and perhaps most importantly for today, he cleared our rather severely clogged drain line (see photo) -- which took a while -- working inside at the air handler and outside where the drain line empties near the compressor.David also added some cleaning tablets to the tray at the bottom of the coils in the air handler to help kill bacteria and prevent any sludge from forming (sludge which would have then been part of what goes to the drain line), and used a combo of some strong liquid to dissolve the sludge in the drain line, along with a wet/dry vacuum outside a the end of the drain line -- to get that line REALLY clean and clear.I do pour a cup of vinegar down the line 1st of each month, BUT I had not taken my little pump down to the outside bottom of the drain for several months ...To ensure that the line is clear, I should know to ALWAYS check the drain line first.We signed on to the annual maintenance plan, since clearly what I'd been doing hasn't been enough :) ...That plan's annual payment works out to $20/month, and includes twice-yearly HVAC maintenance, annual electrical check (at the breaker box and at some of the outlets in the house - like at the kitchen range), and plumbing check, which includes annual flush of the water heater (which has been on my to-do list for a month now).We are very satisfied, and the relatively small annual fee eases my workload, and helps ensure better care of our systems.=== Update 27 July 2023. We just had the plumbing inspection / water heater flush done. Jason was the gent who came out, and he was excellent. We were impressed with how thorough the inspection was (checking all supply valves, toilet and sink functions, drains, etc), and glad that we are on a program that will ensure that we flush our water heater once a year, since there was definitely some find sand that was drained with the water (thank you, Florida water :) ...The report we get each time from Integrity is also very much appreciated, as it includes a list of everything that was done, along with pics and any findings. I am very pleased with the work done by Jose and Eddie. This is a woman owned yoga studio. They checked out my exhaust fan but found out that an electrician needs to come out after getting on the roof to look at it themselves. They cleaned the air ducts because I had white particles coming out of the ducts when we had a gust of wind. They told me that the particles that were coming out was from the build out out which should have already been clean. One of them even changed all of the air filters for me as a tall ladder had to be used. We have a maintenance program with them. Although the exhaust fan was not repaired, I am happy overall with the service. Eddie and Jose were professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you for sending these two out!

Emergency call on July 4th, very professional and friendly, not pushy or wanted to sell a up charge or unnecessary product.

We got a new AC unit from this company. We got the upgraded variable speed unit and it performed very poorly. Basically there is a lot of moisture/condensation and the unit blows too fast a forcefully. We've had them back out several times and no suitable solution other than they wanted to replace all our ducts for 10K. The old system we had work fine, so were not sure now why we need new ducts. After having other companies come out, the prevailing opinion is that we got sold a unit that is too powerful and depends on a different duct design. Now we are in the process of trying to find a company to alter our ductwork after spending 10K the wrong unit. To add insult to injury, there was lots of damage done to our existing ducts when they put the new unit in and we to not only modify our ducts, but repair the damage. Despite what has transpired, no help from this company other than we should pay 10K to get all our ducts replaced. It makes no sense because the ducts delivered good air till the old unit died and Integrity installed a new one. What it looks like is we got sold an expensive unit we did not need and they are not willing to correct the problem.Update:We paid another company to add to our existing duct work. The engineer explained that AC units do 2 things: 1 blow cold air out return ducts and 2: remove heat and humidity through return ducts. He said the unit Integrity sold us, blows cold air fast and doesn’t run long enough to remove all the humidity. He recommended adding more return ducts at a $3000 fee. He said the older unit was a more basic less efficient unit and worked better in our house because it ran longer. We added the additional duct work and the system works 80% better .

This was the only service out of nearly 20 that we called who actually could come out same night while both of our bathrooms were out of commission and we had our family in town. Alberto was great- quick efficient and super nice guy.

I purchased my unit (full unit, inside and outside replaced) in 2020. My old until stopped working. Within the first couple of months and then 1 year later, I was calling the technicians out because the unit randomly stop working. I am calling them back today because not only did the unit stop working 2 years into a new” installment, but it also flooded my adjoining bathroom and bedroom . FIND A BETTER COMPANY. It will save you thousands in the long run.Update:The technician came to the home and quoted me 2200 for air conditioning to be fixed plus 49 for coming out.7/13 update. I know from the response of the company it looks like we came to a resolution, but there has been no resolution, our air conditioner is STILL broken. Does anyone know legally someone I can speak with?

We needed someone to find the source of a leak. Danny was great! He explained what he needed to do, took his time, and checked in with us as he worked. He was able to find the source of the leak and go over next steps with us. We had a few companies try and charge us before they even detected the leak. But integrity home solutions did not charge us until the source of the leak was found. Highly recommend them.

I like the the way they do business, tx the day before letting you know who's coming out, the office calls at least 20 minutes before thier employee arrival. This company did a great job. I was able to schedule an appointment well into the evening, and this company was able to come out the next day to do the repair. A little costly, but well worth it.

UPDATE: I was pleased that the company contacted me and refunded the over charge. I have definitely changed my opinion of the company, it was the technician who made the mistake, not the company.The technician got the job done fast. He did a good job. But the company quoted me $99 over the phone and I was charged $255 when they showed up just to unclog a toilet! Like I said the tech did a good job but I would never use this company again because of how much they overcharged me!

I had Damien from integrity home solutions come install a water heater for me. Our old one was dripping and clearly not well maintained. Damien was fast and professional for the new install that I supplied myself. He clearly knew what he was doing and was very skilled. Price was better than competitors in the area and that’s what earned them my business rather then me trying to diy install it myself.

Update: The company got in touch with me and apologized for the service I received as well as beginning the process of refunding me. That was very appreciated and professional.Original post: Yesterday I scheduled an appointment after hours to which I was obligated to pay $129 as opposed to the $49 service rate they have. The fellow that came out told me that he was unable to do any cleaning because it was the middle of the night and would have to come out during the day today to do the job. I immediately started thinking, why would they send anyone out in the middle of the night for an increased rate to do a job that they can't do at this hour? He tells me that he will set up the appointment for him to come back out and that I will be hearing from the company today. Sure enough I heard from them today about setting up an appointment, not tomorrow Saturday, for THE FOLLOWING Saturday because he didn't tell dispatch anything he told me, then I found out that if the AC wasn't working after he left last night, he was supposed to come back and fix it. We live in FLORIDA, dude!! Going without AC in the summertime is miserable. I'm not saying that every service person at this company is going to screw you, I just suggest finding one of the many, many other companies in the area to do the job.

Norman was great. Explained everything, was up front, extremely knowledgeable. He said he would be there at certain time and was there 5 mins early! Big fan of the punctuality. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable. I didn’t realize all the services they provide until diving into their website deeper after the work was completed. Just had Integrity Home Solutions out here and am incredibly impressed. My AC went out so I sent a request online. I was able to text with the company and get a tech out in the same day. My tech, Sam, was wonderful! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He got me up and running in no time as well as talked me through options for some additional concerns, one of which ended up being no big deal - he fixed it in a few minutes at no additional cost!Truly, this company is great. I have had several different companies come out to do maintenance/repairs on my AC but never liked any enough to get a maintenance plan until now. The service was great and prices were very competitive, so I signed up for a plan and will be sticking with Integrity Home Solutions for all my AC, plumbing, and electrical needs from now on! 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone!

This was my 1st time using Integrity to do preventative maintenance on my HVAC. We had been using Bay Area AC. The Integrity technician came out to my 3rd floor condo, looked around in my air handler for about 10 minutes, tried to sell us a new capacitor for the blower, couldn't get ahold of my landlord for authorization and said his inspection was done and left. Thing is, my HVAC is on a support outside my window up on the 3rd floor. The tech never even looked at it, didn't have a ladder on his truck to make it appear he had planned on inspecting it. Bay Area AC used to climb a ladder everytime they came out, inspected the HVAC and cleaned the drain lines. So I called Integrity to ask how they inspected my HVAC by looking only in my air handler. They apologized and scheduled to complete the inspection on April 26th, meaning I have to take another half day off of work so they can do what they should have done today. I'd recommend Bay Area AC for your HVAC needs if you want to use a company that actually has Integrity in their business practices and doesn't just throw the. word in the name of their business to make it appear they have integrity.

Very nice man. I was very pleased with his work. He was very professional but also very polite. Would have the same man back again when need be.

Our main sewer line was backing up. Had a plumber come out and run a snake through the line to clear the line twice and our problem was not fixed after paying over $600.Called integrity home solutions and they came out within a few hours. Daniel ran the snake through twice and cleared the clog. Daniel also set us up for a camera inspection for the next day to see what's going on with the line.Great service. Would definitely recommend Integrity Home Solutions to anybody.

Had a massive water leak by the front of my house. I called Integrity, they were here within the hour. Looked it over with plumber, he cut a pvc pipe off the side of my house, put a hose bib on and VOILA fixed. On a Sunday afternoon the price was VERY reasonable!!! I will definitely use them again.

Brian was great, he changed my old fluorescent, lighting into LED lighting and took the time to show me the different colors of light I would get with the different bulbs. It made it much easier for me to decide the lighting that I wanted. He was extremely helpful. I would definitely ask for him if I need anything else done. Thank you, Brian.

Excellent honest advice and work! Could not ask for more!Edit: after having Brian come out to replace some light fixtures we were told that we needed to pay the full amount but he would have to return to install them at a later date. Brian also indicated he would be reaching out within the next two days about an unrelated job. Having not received any contact from Brian, I started wondering about when the job in our bathroom would be completed.Over a month later and I have reached out via email, website, text, phone, and have been completely ghosted by integrity. Apparently they have decided we are not important.

The company was able to send Daniel within an hour of the call. Daniel was very professional, friendly and was able to get the job done in a jiffy! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I called to have a technician come repair my air conditioner. Apparently they work on commission and I was told it was not able to be fixed and that I would need a new air conditioner in the amount of $9000. I asked him if there was any way my air conditioner could be fixed at least temporarily while I saved up the money and I was told no. I’m not a technician by any stretch of the imagination and I was able to fix it myself after he left. After I found out that I was 100% lied to I demand a refund and was told that I would receive one. A supervisor in the office by the name of Toby Steele informed me that I would receive a refund in the amount of $129 for services that were never rendered. It has now been over a month and I have still yet to a refund. Every time I call I get the runaround. For a company that claims 100% satisfaction, they have a long way to go. do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They work on commission and will try to sell you services that you do not need and then give you every excuse in the world as to why you have not received a refund. I wasn’t planning on writing this review, but I’m afraid they’ve left me no other choice. And this will be the first of many

Management made is right . The tech was good and i'll use them again . I recommend them as a company to use.I'd like to say i'd use but the 2nd tech they sent out told me i needed to replace the Dryer for the AC and that it was $1400, I wouldn't have minded the price but they left the house at 90 degrees and told it would be the next day sometime they could come out.I had another service come out same day, I paid for after hours and was told there was no way they put in 3lbs of freon the day before and it all leaked out with not showing of a leak. They tested for a leak and didn't find one just to prove the point. They added in the missing freon and now a week later i've still go cold AC and the system is working fine. I can't say the dryer won't need to be replaced but it wasn't the problem but the missing freon. I was told to next time stay outside (even with them) to confirm what was being done.

Mason was very knowledgeable! While he worked on my AC maintenance, he explained everything to me, step by step on what he was doing and what he was looking for. Very professional and went over my warranty with me that I purchased a year ago. We will definitely be asking for Mason again. Integrity, you have a GEM on your team. 10/10.
