I woke up to dead and leaking water heater. thank goodness i was home or it would have flooded. I called my favorite Discount Plumbing and was lucky to get Angelo and Elmer the same day. Professional workcrew, on-time, within budget. Finished a new trenchless for my house on the same day 8:30-5pm. My exisiting sewage go under another house 100ft long and city main in the middle of busy road. Inspected and leak-proofed by city of Oakland and EBMUD. Sewage downtime about 5 hours. We are very happy with the work.

Great customer service.  We found out our kitchen sink drain pipe, located under the floor in the crawlspace, broken on July 4th.  The next morning we called Superior Plumbing and they sent David and Rudy over by 9:30 a.m.  David suited up and made the repair and also strapped the pipe.  He showed us the photo of the repaired pipe. He even checked the dishwasher pipe while he was in the crawlspace.  They were very professional, efficient and friendly.  We highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Drain.

I cannot say enough gteat things about Tony and his crew. I have managed multiple properties in multiple states across the US from east coast to west coast to Hawaii. They are the best plumbers I've ever worked with. Here another plus, they left the place sparking clean! We had a leak pipe and disgusting sludge ended up ask over our garage. Tony and his team in addition to the fantastic plumbing work clean everything up. I had called a biohazmat cleaning company who quoted me $650 for the job. You can't go wrong with Bay Plumbing. I'm so grateful I found them! Also Tony, the owner is a really fantastic guy who makes sure his workers and assistance are treated very well. When I first met Tony at 7:30 at night he look like this really young guy and I was concerned he might not be experienced enough to handle the job. Boy was I wrong! I'll be uploading photos later.
