Plumber that came out was professional. No problem there.Have an On demand Rinai water heater needed maintenance to resolve temperature controls. Cost me $795 for 2.5 hours (1.5 hour labor +1 hour out to buy parts). Steep price no matter how you slice and dice this. Is this the new normal? The other suggestion was $6000 to replace the Renai (internet price not more than $2244) with install typicall less than 8 hours from my prior experience having put a couple in previously. Also, Scheduling office booked me, then called to reschedule and than cancelled me day of and tried to reschedule me a week out. Then On the day of the new appt. The plumber showed up 2 hours early to appt after scheduling confirmed my appt. Plumber was given another time some how. There is it. I Love their vans with strong marketing but not so happy with their prices or unapologetic staff whose apology was Sorry you were not updated - How about Sorry we made a mistake. Taking responsibility would have made the bitter pill of the cost of the work more bearable but lack of sincere apology for taking up my time resulted in this review.

On time, pleasant, explained plumbing issue, give options, fixed it, and cleaned up.

Alligator was recommended by several moms in the Castro Valley Mothers Club. I was very pleased with the customer service and the worksmanship of Alligator Plumbing. Used them twice so far. Once to clear slow running drain and a leak, which were caused by poorly designed and installed drain pipes. Matt rebuilt two drains and cleared clogs and reset our bowl sink. Gave good advice on replacing a bathroom sink faucet. We purchased the replacement faucet and Jafar came out to install it. Both times, my husband and I felt we received great service at a fair price. The estimate for repairs was exactly what they charged. Will gladly use them again!

This guy is truely a Jack of All Trades! I used him to mount my TV and again today to fix my toilet. My son likes to flush random things and he was able to fix it.
