Have been using Larratt Brothers since 2017 and cannot say enough positive things about the company and their employees. They kept the place tidy and left me a very happy client with a clean job site AND renovated / upgraded bathroom plumbing that no longer leaks.

If it was possible to give zero stars we would. Phoned company on a Friday afternoon, was told by a man named Rafael that he would come out on Saturday as he was busy on another job and could not source parts if he needed them. Accepted his explanation and agreed he would come out the next day. Phoned around midday on Saturday as had not heard back from him yet. Got through to Rafael directly and he said he will call back later in the day to come out to house in the afternoon. Then complete silence. No call or explanation and no show, on either Saturday or Sunday. We had to call again on Monday to chase him, message went to voice mail. Called twice again on Tuesday and finally got through after leaving voice messages. Rafael told us he would make it out later in the day on Tuesday. No communication again. It’s Wednesday morning now. Would never trust this company or Rafael with any type of emergency. Poor communication, and non existing service. How they stay in business is absolute wonder. If COVID-19 does not kill this business, Rafael’s service surely will. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

I am very happy with Streamline Plumbing and feel they did an excellent job replacing my outside sewer lateral. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do similar work.

Diamond Certified? Really?

I called this morning Tuesday July 24th to verify my time window of 9 to 1. I was told yes that’s the time and you are the first dispatch once the plumber comes in. I called at 0910 this morning. I just called to see what’s going on it’s 1140 now and I’m told the plumber had an incident with his truck and it won’t be ready for an hour.

So Diamond Certifed and considerate of my time? Why would you not call me that something had happened and the job did not dispatch out yet. Instead i have to call 2 1/2 hours later.

If we were not forced to use you by Fidelity Home Warryanty I am not sure why we would. Then I ask so will someone be here by 1 as promised? He will call you when on the way.

If company management is reading this, does this sound like diamond certified service to you?

JMK plumbing did an excellent job. They were prompt and professional. They came within an hour of my initial call and fix three different plumbing problems in less than an hour. I was very happy with her services.

Tanner and Chad made it out same day we called about an issue with our hot water heater. These guys don't mess around and get the job done... replaced the pressure relief valve and properly reset the exhaust vent, which I suspect had always the home builder had cut too short years ago. This was the second time we had called America's Best Plumbing... both times satisfied with the quality of work. I suspect this is the kind of service older folks remember and talk about from years gone by. We have a number of magnets on our refrigerator from local guys just like Tanner. Best service, best work, most dependable, fair price... much appreciated!
