Professional service. My plumber Victor showed up on a Saturday to address a leak. He was professional and diagnosed the issue. He had replacement parts with him and went about fixing the toilet. However the issue wasn't resolved. He spent the next few hours systematically going through different solutions until he fixed it. The work was clean and the charge was reasonable given the effort. Highly recommended.The only thing that was a bit annoying is that they expected me to tell them where the leak was even though I didn't know. They at first said they wouldn't send anyone if I wasn't sure of the source of the leak.
