We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

Horrible service!!! I called these guys to come fix my heater because it wasn't blowing heat and the guy comes and cleans something up and makes it work but then 2 weeks later it stopped working again. On another note, they had gave me 30 day warranty on the service if it was to stop working anytime and so I called again and they came back and they charged me the same amount again when they said it's covered in the first repair warranty. So i asked what are they charging me for and he's like oh i did this and that and I'm like i didn't even see you take anything up there so why are you making things up? He had no reply and then he said oh what if I lied to you and said I installed a new part just to take your money! Thats NOT good customer service if they are going to talk back like that. I also called the manager (who I made the appointment with) and he starts making up some other excuse just to take my money. I told him I wasn't going to pay him because he didn't let me know that he was changing another part, so therefore he said he will put it back the way it was and I said OK. And on the other hand, the manager is screaming at me on the phone saying don't ever call us for service. THATS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL! If google had negative rating stars then thats what they deserve. Don't ever hire them because they are just full of lies to rob people.

Over the winter our furnace went out in our house in Montclair ., we called Tom and he came out gave us the best estimate out of 4 companies and had the heat and a new return for the ductwork done in a day . He came back today and completed the AC side of the install as scheduled before the spring as he promised . I called at 7 AM and they were at my house by 10:30 AM. My Wife and I woke up to water in our basement. We are first time home owners and this was our first experience with anything like this. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the two gentleman who came to my house. They really knew what they were doing and they got right down to business. They left by 11:40 AM and by then the problem was fixed. They snaked out our main line. Very thankful they were able to come in such short notice and the prices were reasonable

I needed to have my water heater replaced. I found out our old one wasn't working on a Sunday morning. I called Advanced Professional and within 1 hour (on a Sunday) we had a tech show up (talk about a speedy response!!!). The techs name was Joey and he completed the job with no issues. He went above and beyond on this particular installation due to some issues we had in the basement. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Advanced Professional. 5 stars + !!!

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..
