Urgent Drain provided excellent service and the clogged drain was fixed quickly and efficiently. I called at 8:30am and within the hour they were at my door. They were prompt, professional and and I would 100% recommend this company and their services.
Tech showed up exactly on time and explained what they were doing. In addition to unclogging the shower drain (which hadn't yielded to drain-o, liquid-plumr, or green gobbler), they also explained a couple other things that could be fixed easily. This is not the first time I've used this service, and I can confidently recommend them.

After tried 3 big name plumbing companies and giving me different solution proposals with 5 digits pricing to fix sewer line blockage, I decided to try 4th one and called Urgent Drain - Rob. This gentleman was able to fix the clog within 2 hours and cost 3 digits. So glad I canceled the 5 digit contract which would open ground and dig 5 feet deep to replace sewer line, not even mention to destroy all landscape and sidewalk.
Rob is professional in his manners, courteous to communicate, confident to his technical skills and honesty to the pricing .
I would definitely recommend Urgent Drain and Rob to all of my neighbors. The price was very reasonable and better than those in my surrounding areas from my own experiences after spending days and talked/tried several plumbers with brand names.

My kitchen sink was clogged and it was not draining the water. Contacted Robert through Thumbtack and he responded right away. Showed up within an hour and solved the problem with my kitchen sink. Robert was responsive and professional!

He originally gave me an appointment in the following day but the sewer backup got worse. Next thing was that the technician showed up in an hour. I spoke with Rob a week prior to the inspection and he was very informative and detail oriented. The inspection took place on 1/16/2020 and Rob and team were punctual and polite, the inspection was quick because 6 ft into it the plumbing had collapsed. Nevertheless, Rob explained what the steps were and provided the estimate and reports within hours! The value was fair and good and the services on point. This was done for home buying and if the deal goes through I will definitely use Rob and company to fix any issues.

I had sewage backing up and spilling out of a basement toilet. I called for service and they were professional, prompt and priced right! Spoke with Robert on the phone and cannot remember the name of the technician, but both were simply a pleasure. I used urgent drain repair twice once for an initial sewer inspection when purchasing a house and next when I asked them to do hydra jet cleaning of the sewer lines as part of the overall maintenance of the sewer lines . Both the time the team at Urgent drain were very skilled and customer centric and did the job as promised on time and on budget. While interacting with Rob I had additional questions not directly related to the job being performed such as drainage of the toilet or seepage in a part of the house . He was able to logically explain those and it was clear these guys have lot of experience and were willing to go an extra mile to satisfy a client. Appreciate their work and would without hesitation recommend them to anyone needing any help with their sewer and drain problems

I called yesterday night to get an appointment for our tenants apartment. Spoke with Robert, he was friendly and extremely professional. Provided me an early morning appointment for today. Really great, fast service unlike others wanting us to wait a week or more. You need anything drain related, call them now!! Rob is awesome. He'll be who I call from now on for plumbing issues. I had a major clog in my kitchen sink and my usual plumber, who I have a service contract with, couldn't clear it. They tried from the kitchen down, as well as from the basement up, with no success. That plumber charged me $1000 for the time, labor and replacing the trap under my sink...and left me with a clogged, unusable kitchen sink. I called Rob. He came by the next day. Cleared the clog in 15 minutes for a very reasonable cost and ensured everything was functioning correctly. Rob is also a super nice guy, very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Urgent Drain.

The sewer backed up into our basement. We called and he came out to our home within an hours time. So professional and was able to clear whatever blockage we were having. I would definitely recommend the company to my friends.

This is my second time using Urgent Drain and it’s Amazing! Not only was it fast and affordable but speedy service!
Mekel came out to fix a clogged sink. We actually had another drain company come and they charged $300 to try and unblock our drain and they failed and recommended opening up walls to replace pipes. I called Urgent Drain for a second opinion and they were able to come out and fix the problem in about 30 minutes and make recommendations on how to avoid issues in the future. Urgent Drain is my go-to company for a clogged drain now!
They couldn't fix our clog and caused a leak in the house. We paid them the whole amount for fixing the leak. We had to call another plumber and ended up paying double. The were responsive but not professional enough to follow up.
Robert and Larry are certified professionals. My sewer issue was very complex due to having an older house, Robert was the perfect investigator to figure out the root cause of my problems and now I have a long term fix to a sewer pipe that was I calling a plumber for every 4 months or so.
Small to big issues, I highly recommend Urgent Drain!
