Best New Furnace in Newark NJ

Ivan and and another staff member came out at the time discussed, to fix a pipe and hose bib. Quoted a very reasonable price and got to work immediately. They were very quick and professional and outgoing. I was so impressed that I decided to get future work done with them. Very customer friendly, and felt like they had my best interest. They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

The technician came and clarified everything, and I chose to go with the American Way. Every time I had an inquiry (I had a couple), the technicians were so knowledgeable and pleasant.

Super Plumber has come through on multiple occasions for my family. I have had both emergencies and regular scheduled installations. They are very responsive and professional and have made themselves available when I had no heat during winter at night as well as when we needed a gas line put in and the plans needed to be submitted by the end of the day (my fault). I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

I called at 7 AM and they were at my house by 10:30 AM. My Wife and I woke up to water in our basement. We are first time home owners and this was our first experience with anything like this. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the two gentleman who came to my house. They really knew what they were doing and they got right down to business. They left by 11:40 AM and by then the problem was fixed. They snaked out our main line. Very thankful they were able to come in such short notice and the prices were reasonable

They send me an email saying it’s time for my service appointment. I respond. Several times. They send same original reminder. I try calling. Many weeks of non-responsiveness later I’m still trying to get them to come to me. The office staff don’t take messages or coordinate. And “the supervisor” always has issues. Service is good if pricey — if you can get them to show.

Bill and his company did a great job replacing our 30+ year old furnace. Everyone was prompt, professional, clean, and thorough. The explanation i received for the new thermostat and safety features on the furnace have definitely put my mind at ease that we made the right decision to replace AND use this company! The hot water heater is next and i will DEFINITELY be calling them again!

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
