We called in the middle of the night with our main line backed up. Sinks, toilets, and shower drains were completely clogged. They explained what to do over the phone and came out first thing in the morning. Professional, Polite, & Pleasant! Completely fixed our problem. Highly Recommend them!

Super Plumber is a super hero to me for having saved me in replacing my water heater. My old water heater started to leak water, I was so anxious and feared of a sudden flooding any moment. Fortunately a friend recommended Super Plumber. I called Bill of Super Plumber on a Saturday, he picked up the phone and immediately arranged a super experienced plumber, also named Bill, to take care of the matter. The boss Bill kept telling me we get you covered that eased my anxiety significantly. The plumber Bill showed up in just 20 minutes to my home (and that is on a Saturday!), handled the emergency so the water will not leak anymore. The next business day the plumber Bill showed up in early morning and replaced the water heat promptly. The plumber Bill is really professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Super Plumber cares about their customers just like their own family members, cares about customer's homes just like their own homes. Their price is also better than other plumbers. They are really the Super Hero of the society. I highly recommend them. If you want yourself to be covered in any plumbing issue, Super Plumber is your choice.

Called out super plumber Friday July 14th. I asked the Owner what his service charge for coming out was. He told me there wasn’t one. When the plumber arrived, found it was my pressure reducing valve had failed. He started throwing out prices and then stated the visit alone would be 175.00 if we didn't proceed with a repair. That’s the number I was looking for when we spoke on the phone originally. He was not transparent about that at all.

I called Bill at super plumber when I went downstairs and realized my water heater was leaking. He had someone there in less than an hour and one more hour later we had a new water heater! These guys were great! It was a Saturday and a holiday weekend and they still got it done!

We should have left this review sooner. Super Plumber has come through for us on multiple occasions. Bill the owner and his son are nothing short of professional and over all great to work with. Both times the communication was great and he made sure to keep us updated through and through. Most recently they came to service us due to a clog and had to return a week later (no fault of theirs) and both times on a Saturday they went above and beyond to get out service taken care of same day! Super plumber and Bill are the best, wouldnt call anyone else!

I’ve used Super Plumber on numerous occasions on all three of my houses. They are reliable, on time, clean up after themselves and very respectful. Their prices are extremely fair. We did a kitchen remodel and Super Plumber handled all of the rerouting of pipes as well as the installation of new fixtures. The plumber was on time, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely call them for my plumbing needs in the future!

They sent a super inexperienced kid who couldn't unclog my drain. The kid gave up and there were no further follow up from the owner, yet I was still charged.

Super Plumber has come through on multiple occasions for my family. I have had both emergencies and regular scheduled installations. They are very responsive and professional and have made themselves available when I had no heat during winter at night as well as when we needed a gas line put in and the plans needed to be submitted by the end of the day (my fault).
