Was very helpful and informative when he came to check our shower which required new caulking.The job was very well done and he made sure we saw the before and after! Also very polite and patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions to better understand the issue in our shower.He was also transparent about the costs and provided options for the levels of work needed!Highly recommend!

Keith's the man!! I got home one night and heard an ocean running in my basement from a clogged pipe. Called around for plumbers at nearly 10pm and NO ONE answered my calls until I found Elizabeth Plumbing and Drains' number.
Keith answered and was as cool as polar bear hair, went to home Depot for something and was at my house in 20 minutes!! He did a quick fix for the evening before returning to my house the next morning to snake my plumbing which revealed and fixed the issue.
If you're having drain and/or plumbing issues, please call these guys!!! Keith is old school, but so sweet and knowledgeable. Thank you Keith!!

I had a dishwasher that wasn't working properly due to a clogged pipe.
A serviceman came out quickly and had to remove a pipe and replace it in order to fix the problem, which he did perfectly and for a reasonable price.
I would only use them if I ever need a similar service in the future.

Called because pilot light wouldn't stay on. Technician arrived on-time. I said to be careful with a wire that I knew was loose and he immediately yanked on it and broke it. Then said 'he couldn't fix it'. He never even tried to light the pilot light. This was all in the span of about 30 seconds.

I called the dispatcher and he agreed to waive the $75 service fee.

And then the guy started to get a bit scary. He was leering at me, and pretended not to know which door was out. And then hung around for a few seconds more starting at me. Facing into the room, while I was pointing at the door behind him. I was about to call 911.

I live in a 1920's Tudor home. It is really not made for air conditioning. The Chapman team did an incredible job fitting my house with a fantastic AC system to keep me cool all summer. It looks great from both the inside and outside. The crew was amazing, even through the challenges of my old house. I thank Chapman for their hard, and great, work and would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC guidance.

From start to finish my experience with John Degrace Plumbing and heating has been professional and exceptional. Finding a water heater that had broken and emptied all the water is difficult enough on a Saturday morning. With my first call, John responded quickly and kept me aware of the process and timing. His colleague Anthony showed up at the time he said he would and completed the replacement of the water heater with full explanations and kept the work area very clean. I would not hesitate to use them again, a true gem!!

We did a kitchen remodel and Super Plumber handled all of the rerouting of pipes as well as the installation of new fixtures. The plumber was on time, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely call them for my plumbing needs in the future!

Tommy was super kind and helpful when stopping by my house after hours same day when our heat stopped working. It was a minor issue, but I'm terrified of messing with anything HVAC related bc of the age of my house. None the less, got our heat up and running. He called out potential future issues to make sure I service/take care of. Highly recommend especially in a time where lots of people say they'll show up but won't! He showed up and took great care. I'll definitely hire him again in the future based on this interaction.

Our realtor recommended them after he had worked with them for a while. They installed our new dishwasher in a very tricky spot and the whole process was seamless.Plumber was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about our space x dishwasher. Good! Good! Good!

Antonio our plumber was a fantastic technician. He listened to our concerns and checked out all the pipes to see what our issue was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. While I am not looking for any more plumbing issues, I would have no problem calling rotor rooter to handle it, especially given the time and care that Antonio took with our problem.

I am not one to leave reviews but I cannot thank Adam enough for his services. When I first called regarding and issue with leaking radiators and installing Automatic Water Fillers for both our boilers he was able to make it out the same day. He was also able to diagnose and get me an estimate fairly quickly.His labor was fair price, and he did a hell of a job. Not to mentioned I had an issue with processing my payment and he worked with me to make sure I didn’t over pay him.Highly recommend! Will be reaching out to him to service our boilers this winter.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
