Keith's the man!! I got home one night and heard an ocean running in my basement from a clogged pipe. Called around for plumbers at nearly 10pm and NO ONE answered my calls until I found Elizabeth Plumbing and Drains' number.
Keith answered and was as cool as polar bear hair, went to home Depot for something and was at my house in 20 minutes!! He did a quick fix for the evening before returning to my house the next morning to snake my plumbing which revealed and fixed the issue.
If you're having drain and/or plumbing issues, please call these guys!!! Keith is old school, but so sweet and knowledgeable. Thank you Keith!!

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

Horrible service!!! I called these guys to come fix my heater because it wasn't blowing heat and the guy comes and cleans something up and makes it work but then 2 weeks later it stopped working again. On another note, they had gave me 30 day warranty on the service if it was to stop working anytime and so I called again and they came back and they charged me the same amount again when they said it's covered in the first repair warranty. So i asked what are they charging me for and he's like oh i did this and that and I'm like i didn't even see you take anything up there so why are you making things up? He had no reply and then he said oh what if I lied to you and said I installed a new part just to take your money! Thats NOT good customer service if they are going to talk back like that. I also called the manager (who I made the appointment with) and he starts making up some other excuse just to take my money. I told him I wasn't going to pay him because he didn't let me know that he was changing another part, so therefore he said he will put it back the way it was and I said OK. And on the other hand, the manager is screaming at me on the phone saying don't ever call us for service. THATS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL! If google had negative rating stars then thats what they deserve. Don't ever hire them because they are just full of lies to rob people.

Chapman Bros. came out to replace my boiler right after Hurricane Ida. Two day job to remove the old boiler and install a new one; Tom and crew were very professional, clean, and did a fantastic job. They were also priced very competitively.

I had some issues with the smart thermostats in the house afterwards that I couldn't resolve alone, and they sent out technicians several times with no charge. Very easy to work with and very fair, would 100% recommend!

Super Plumber is a super hero to me for having saved me in replacing my water heater. My old water heater started to leak water, I was so anxious and feared of a sudden flooding any moment. The boss Bill kept telling me we get you covered that eased my anxiety significantly. The plumber Bill showed up in just 20 minutes to my home (and that is on a Saturday!), handled the emergency so the water will not leak anymore. The next business day the plumber Bill showed up in early morning and replaced the water heat promptly. The plumber Bill is really professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Super Plumber cares about their customers just like their own family members, cares about customer's homes just like their own homes. Their price is also better than other plumbers. They are really the Super Hero of the society. I highly recommend them. If you want yourself to be covered in any plumbing issue, Super Plumber is your choice.

Over the winter our furnace went out in our house in Montclair ., we called Tom and he came out gave us the best estimate out of 4 companies and had the heat and a new return for the ductwork done in a day . He came back today and completed the AC side of the install as scheduled before the spring as he promised . Great service and very nice guys highly recommend best company we have dealt with 15 years in Montclair

I had an incredible experience with American Way. Initially I thought they would have to totally replace my AC but they tried to add freon first before charging me for an entire new unit and it did the trick. I am so grateful that they were honest and did everything that they could to save me money. Great customer service! Even helped with hooking up my new dryer vent! I would definitely use them again! Please support professional small businesses.
