Highly recommend S&R Rex and his crew are professionals for heating unit boilers, I am very satisfied and surprised what an excellent job they have done in my 140 year old house. S&R have changed the 2 boilers water and the heating, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen 1 laundry room. Since that day this company that has made these changes,I just noticed it my gas and water is less . My water heater was leaking, so I gave All Clear a call on Monday morning, and they responded quickly and sent out a technician just an hour or 2 later.

Elvis came, check out the water heater, and assessed that it needed to be replaced. He replaced the whole thing and cleared out the water heater quickly and professionally. Answer any questions I had and was polite.

Would recommend them again and come back to them if any problems arise in the future.

The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I called at 7 AM and they were at my house by 10:30 AM. My Wife and I woke up to water in our basement. We are first time home owners and this was our first experience with anything like this. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the two gentleman who came to my house. They really knew what they were doing and they got right down to business. They left by 11:40 AM and by then the problem was fixed. They snaked out our main line. Very thankful they were able to come in such short notice and the prices were reasonable

I needed to have my water heater replaced. I found out our old one wasn't working on a Sunday morning. I called Advanced Professional and within 1 hour (on a Sunday) we had a tech show up (talk about a speedy response!!!). The techs name was Joey and he completed the job with no issues. He went above and beyond on this particular installation due to some issues we had in the basement. He was extremely knowledgeable as well as courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Advanced Professional. 5 stars + !!!

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

Really bad driver, tailgates and speeds. Should be more careful and observe the local laws.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
