Best Hour Emergency Plumbing Repair in Newark NJ

Came home to a sewer back up in my basement. I read other Google reviews and chose All Clear. Suzanne who answered the phone was so kind and friendly especially since I was panicking. Wilson was the tech that came to my home and he fixed the problem within a short period of time for what needed to be done. He was friendly and professional. The price was also extremely fair! I will definitely be using All Clear for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend!

My shower was not draining and I tried everything to fix it myself to no avail. I called them on Saturday morning and had an appt for the same afternoon. My technician was even early and was able to fix the clog within 20 min. He even gave me tips if I run into the issue again. Sure I didn't want to spend the money but sometimes you need to involve the professionals.

We needed a new HVAC system installed and talked to a couple of prominent local contractors. American Way was one of them. After carefully comparing the quotes and customer testimonials, we decided to go with this company. Our research was on point because these guys did a terrific job. We have a new, energy-efficient HVAC system installed with 12 years of warranty.
They were patient and professional throughout. We are really happy with the service.

I wanted to replace a toilet in one of my bathrooms so I called a plumber that I had used before. When he didn't return my call after 2 days, I called Spence plumbing. Branden answered my call, and immediately scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time, and did a professional job. Stellar response times. Gary and his team are awesome. My water heater sputtered and died. It was a slow and painful death.They sent Anthony to perform diagnostics and repairs. Anthony, tried to keep it running until Rheem finally decided to replace the unit. Thankfully it was still on its last legs of the full warranty. While I didn't get a full refund, Admiral Plumbing was kind enough to extend a discount which saved me money. Also, I was an idiot and kept calling them on a Holiday but they responded anyway. Anthony was patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Admiral Plumbing. They really care about their customers.

Super Plumber has come through on multiple occasions for my family. I have had both emergencies and regular scheduled installations. They are very responsive and professional and have made themselves available when I had no heat during winter at night as well as when we needed a gas line put in and the plans needed to be submitted by the end of the day (my fault). I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

I woke up and our kitchen sinks are clogged, the dishwasher was overflowing and even the washing machine had water coming out of it even though it wasn't running. Yuck.
I looked on google and found American way . I called them and a service man came out to the house about 40 minutes later and took care of everything. He is very clean and friendly and fast.
He did a great job and the price was reasonable.

Antonio our plumber was a fantastic technician. He listened to our concerns and checked out all the pipes to see what our issue was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. While I am not looking for any more plumbing issues, I would have no problem calling rotor rooter to handle it, especially given the time and care that Antonio took with our problem.

I called them for a clogged pipe and they responded within 30 minutes. They cleared the pipe and installed new ones. Affordable, they worked clean and quickly.

Quick response time. The Plumber was prompt with his arrival and helped me diagnose the problem. He provided a fair price quote and returned the next day to do the work. There was a clog in the main drain pipe that would require a snake. Service rendered was great and I would not hesitate to call them again if I encounter any future plumbing needs

The guys gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were running a bit late. They came and did a great job replacing my 11 year old water heater that came with house when I purchased it new. It was a cleaner and much neater job than the previous contractors. They were very quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Fair price, great service.

i would've loved to work with this business as they came highly recommended by a few friends, but after repeated phone calls, each to an answering service and no direct contact with the business, i figured they must be doing so well they don't have to return phone calls to customers anymore. which, if i were to really think about it, i'm not sure i want to do business with them either, if they're making it this hard to give them business and money. i hope your experience with them is better. but as for me, i won't be calling them again.
just to add, my call to guarini plumbing and heating (whom i presume would be a competing business) was answered immediately by their employee, not an answering service, and with exchanges not only via phone, but also email. so you be the judge what makes a business worthy of your hard earned $$

BEWARE...FIRST AND LAST TIME. I was given a recommendation to call this place for my kitchen plumbing. I assumed they would be somewhat reliable/professional. However I was wrong. Communication and professionalism by owner Mike and secretary needs much improvement. For example, try telling people how much you will charge for some unforeseen issue before actually doing it. Next, try communicating to people ahead of time when you think you will be able to make it. Lastly, you should inform customers of online promotions on your own website and warranties if any. I reached out to the person who recommended this place and asked him never to recommend this place again. I should have done my research to see that two out of the 6 reviews with 5 stars were the owners'. THAT RIGHT THERE IS SHADY AND NOT WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..
