Best Hour Emergency in Newark NJ

I am following up on Saturday's review. The owner did call me and we did go over the issues initially stated in the one star review. The plumber came back yesterday, Monday and fixed the job that had been faulty due to materials and not workmanship. The poor customer service etiquette is also being addressed. The owner does care for us, the customer, and stands by his commitment to provide the best service possible. We do live in different times and running a business in today's atmoshere is challenging. I applaud the owner and his committment for customer satisfaction. I recommend this firm to my friends, family and neighbors.

Prompt, professional, skilled and courteous. He fixed our kitchen sink drain, a repair that we'd had two other people fix but that kept leaking and backing up. The repair required cutting into our walls (old house, don't ask), and the last plumber who did that left a huge mess. He left the floors cleaner than when he started. He gave us a detailed written estimate before starting and completed the job on time. What a relief to have found a professional, trustworthy plumber. Thank you!!

Had a pipe mess up the night before christmas eve, called and got a quote on the repair fast. Came out the next morning and hooked me up. Appreciate the great service.

This company did OK in my book, but take it for what it’s worth because they did not have to end up fixing anything. It was an interesting visit. It started with them being more willing to set up time to come to my home, but I quickly figured out it was because ECO contracts out their work to other HVAC companies. A gentleman stopped by that was pretty nice, but didn’t end up fixing anything and ultimately said that if any of the issues that I had asked them to come here for originally continue to happen, to call him back. But there’s the dilemma, do I call him back, do I call ECO back? And, he was able to notice almost all of the things that I called them for while he was here. So, why call him back if they happen again, if they’re happening currently? When he left he didn’t seem sure that he should or should not charge me. He told me to call ECO back and let them know what happened. Not sure here. Will have to call them back and see if they can help out next time I have an issue.

Plumbing associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem and had the parts in the truck. The installation was quick and easy. Would recommend.

Super Plumber is a super hero to me for having saved me in replacing my water heater. My old water heater started to leak water, I was so anxious and feared of a sudden flooding any moment. Fortunately a friend recommended Super Plumber. I called Bill of Super Plumber on a Saturday, he picked up the phone and immediately arranged a super experienced plumber, also named Bill, to take care of the matter. The boss Bill kept telling me we get you covered that eased my anxiety significantly. The plumber Bill showed up in just 20 minutes to my home (and that is on a Saturday!), handled the emergency so the water will not leak anymore. The next business day the plumber Bill showed up in early morning and replaced the water heat promptly. The plumber Bill is really professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Super Plumber cares about their customers just like their own family members, cares about customer's homes just like their own homes. Their price is also better than other plumbers. They are really the Super Hero of the society. I highly recommend them. If you want yourself to be covered in any plumbing issue, Super Plumber is your choice.

Stay away from these guys

This is the first time I am giving someone a bad review; unfortunately I had a bad experience with his guys.

They came to fix my boiler 3 times in the span of 4 - 6 weeks.

The first time the technician charged me about 475 for fixing something that wasn’t the problem at least that’s was my gut feeling.

The technician got my sofas and entire basement wet !!

So 4 wks later the problem came back; they fixed something else and charged me 675; so one day later guess what ? problem came back and they charged me 275 !

I am not even mentioning all the arguments I had w these guys and that on the third time they came they broke one of my blinds (the blind was already semi-broken I admit ) however it would of been fine if they said hey broke something.. however they denied it !

The problem hasn’t come back however it took me a total of $1,400, broken blinds, wet sofas/basement, lots of aggravation and waste of my time

Unfortunately I won’t call these guys again

Antonio our plumber was a fantastic technician. He listened to our concerns and checked out all the pipes to see what our issue was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. While I am not looking for any more plumbing issues, I would have no problem calling rotor rooter to handle it, especially given the time and care that Antonio took with our problem.

I called them for a clogged pipe and they responded within 30 minutes. They cleared the pipe and installed new ones. Affordable, they worked clean and quickly.

After calling several plumbers to replace an old water heater, I wasn't getting any help and was afraid I'd be without hot water for a few days. Thankfully, Plumbers from this company came over early the next day and got the job done. They gave me a fair price and got the job done quickly. Excellent service.

The guys gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were running a bit late. They came and did a great job replacing my 11 year old water heater that came with house when I purchased it new. It was a cleaner and much neater job than the previous contractors. They were very quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Fair price, great service.

Marty was highly responsive and got to the house to evaluate the situation before making a recommendation for its solution which involved the installation of a new water heater.They did the work quickly, professionally and were a joy to work with. The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..
