Parth was sent out to repair our broken water heater. He was professional , quick and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that was done . We had an overall great experience, I would highly recommend.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

The boss Bill kept telling me we get you covered that eased my anxiety significantly. The plumber Bill showed up in just 20 minutes to my home (and that is on a Saturday!), handled the emergency so the water will not leak anymore. The next business day the plumber Bill showed up in early morning and replaced the water heat promptly. The plumber Bill is really professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Super Plumber cares about their customers just like their own family members, cares about customer's homes just like their own homes. Their price is also better than other plumbers. We had a semi-emergency plumbing issue last week. Our master shower would not turn off. After turning our water off overnight, we called this Plumber and were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. The plumber that came was able to fix our shower issue and went above and beyond to take care of a bigger plumbing issue that came up. He is a hard worker. Highly recommended!

Roto Rooter-Middlesex was quick to respond to our clogged shower drain. We were lucky to get a same day service in the morning that we called. Antonio and his co-worker were very polite and professional and were able to fix the issue with our shower drain without a problem. they had no problem putting on shoe covers and wearing masks to make sure that we were comfortable. I sometimes get dirty looks from technicians from other companies when I ask them to wear shoe covers or masks, but Antonio and his co-worker were so nice that we didn’t feel any guilt for requesting them to wear protective gear. We are very grateful for their service and highly recommend them.

tried this local plumber but they were as bad as my last plumber - he wasnt able to clear my pipe but still charged me a ton of money - dont use this company - i do not recommend them at all.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..
