What we thought was a heating system issue, turned out to be a minor thermostat problem. They fixed it quickly and charged reasonably.

Excellent from start to finish. Called them because we had a leak upstairs. They worked around my schedule, arrived on time, fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. The Plumber was professional and very careful to leave my bathroom and hall (he had to lug heavy equipment upstairs) as clean and neat as possible. Their price was very fair for the work done. I would recommend them to anyone, good customer service is very difficult to find in around town. It was refreshing to work with a company that is customer centric.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. They bailed me out when I was trying to install a new sink in my bathroom and couldn't get the pipes to stop leaking. They sent a plumber in no time , the guy was friendly, professional, and got the job done. I was glad I called.

Quick to schedule and repair ac. They are expensive but timing is key and they have come when needed more than once.

Mother-in-law AC went out Replaced furnace and AC system because it was so old. It was hot and humid. Called and got it replaced the next day. Unheard o that quick. All the guys stuck it out for a 13 hour day. Till 10:30 PM. To get it comfortable for 90 year old lady. All went well Thanks so much

This Home Depot is great. I shop here very often and the Employees are great. There's Big Mike which is always helping out, he even went out his way while he was off the clock. I can't forget Ms. Karen, Ms. Rain, all the of upper management and the supervisors, the employees at receiving, the paint department....the list can go on, but they really go out the way to help. It's like a tight knit family over there.

Called out super plumber Friday July 14th. I asked the Owner what his service charge for coming out was. He told me there wasn’t one. When the plumber arrived, found it was my pressure reducing valve had failed. He started throwing out prices and then stated the visit alone would be 175.00 if we didn't proceed with a repair. That’s the number I was looking for when we spoke on the phone originally. He was not transparent about that at all.

Moses and the entire DMC team has been incredibly helpful through our many plumbing problems. Our builders left us scrambling—improper/counterintuitive installation, backed up pipes, and sump pump connection issues. Moses was patient and took the time to test, retest, and give us options before proceeding. He was always prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. After Moses’ 5+ visits and thoughtful solutions, I’m confident in the current state of our plumbing (and learned a thing or two along the way thanks to his teaching). Highly recommend DMC (and Moses especially!!).

First of all, delivering here was absolute hell. There are cars parked in the way and tire trucks that you as a 18 wheeler truck and trailer in a already tight spot. The workers here have such a nasty attitude and the lady in the front has a nasty attitude and will ignore you when checking in to be unloaded. Word of advice…truckers avoid coming here and if you have no choice then it’s by a 24 hr advance only and expect to go through some you know what.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
