I was under a lot of distress due to water mains damage. The whole family was suffering from the issue and we needed an immediate water mains repair. These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Service call was yesterday. Tech was extremely knowledgeable. He was concerned about oil in ac overflow pan, good news is it must have been from old system so no extra charge there. I also thought I needed to reinstall a toilet because it was loose on the floor. Tech told me he could do it, but really all I needed was to shim it and caulk it. This was easy so I said I would do it myself. It is rare to find a company that is so honest and trustworthy. They are not looking to just make extra money by tacking on jobs. Today I called Chapman to install a Flo by Moen web enabled leak detector, their honesty earned them more business from me!

These guys did a wonderful job installing our mini split ductless AC. Loori was wonderful and very helpful in answering all questions and ofcourse the price was reasonable. Definitely found our new guys for any of our HVAC needs.

Tommy was super kind and helpful when stopping by my house after hours same day when our heat stopped working. It was a minor issue, but I'm terrified of messing with anything HVAC related bc of the age of my house. None the less, got our heat up and running. He called out potential future issues to make sure I service/take care of. Highly recommend especially in a time where lots of people say they'll show up but won't! He showed up and took great care. I'll definitely hire him again in the future based on this interaction.

Absolutely Horrible Experience- look elsewhere. The plumbers came to give us a quote for a leaking bathtub that had leaked to the floor below us. The price sounded unreasonably high so I said I was not interested in having them complete the job. I was not trying to haggle, I just knew I would get a cheaper price with a plumber I used in the past. Finally, they lowered the price to something I agreed to even though I still thought it was expensive. They fixed the issue of the leak going to the floor below however they did NOT fix the leak that was actually causing the issue!! When my husband questioned them they said oh, that needs a separate piece that was not included in the price, we could not believe it! So, my bathroom tub is still dripping water. Now, I need to have a new plumber come out and do that work and pay someone more. I feel completely taken advantage of- I would look elsewhere.

When our ac started acting up, and the temperature got really hot inside the home, we knew it was time to call in the pros. I used this service a few years back, so they were my first choice! Abadin installed the plumbing for my bathroom incorrectly. Due to Manny’s incompetence, there is fecal matter splattered on our walls because the pipes burst. If you want your house to smell like Mr. Abadin’s, hire him.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
