Best HVAC System Maintenance in Newark NJ

S&R Plumbing Heating has been my Plumber, Heating and Air Conditioning Service Center for the past 8 years since we bought our new house in Mid Wood. They have been totally professional with us right from the start. Their service is reliable as well as reasonable. Each year we do one maintenance check-up to ensure we have trouble-free operation all year long. I highly recommend their service.

The previous evening my heater went out and it was freezing. I called a friend who recommended Eco Plumbing and HVAC! I called them and left a message at 6 am and they got back to me by 7 and were here by 8 am. The technician they sent was too skilled and polite and kind! My heating was fixed, and he didn't attempt to up-sell me. I would recommend them to a loved one as my friend recommended them to me!!

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. On Christmas Day, we discovered our water heater was leaking and our entire basement was flooded. Not the greatest thing to discover during the holidays... but this company quickly resolved it for us!
Left a message Christmas Day, received a call at 9:00 the next morning (on a Teusday!) They said they'd be by in an hour to take a look. The Tech arrived at 10:00, went to pick up a replacement water heater, replaced it, and was out of there by 12:30.

The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I’ve used this company twice and both times He was phenomenal and quick. He set up my personal home with light fixtures, toilets, nest thermostats and more in a single day!

At this point it feels like I have had Chapman work on everything in my house except the pipes themselves. I mention this because over the last 18 months I have had them replace 2 Furnances, 2 AC units, 1 Water heater and help to diagnose a leak and fix the issue (toilet flange that settled and opened up a gap in the floor).

I have gone back to Chapman Brothers time after time because they are professional, their office staff is friendly and informative and their plumbers are personable, thorough and do high quality work. There are probably companies that you can get to do a cheaper job of it but it will cost you more in the end, what you are paying for is a company that is well run, well staffed and so far as I can tell stands behind their work.

Glad to find there are still companies that do business like this.

I have called this company 3 times for all different kind of services. Boiler issues, sewer cleaning and heating issues yesterday. Let me tell you something!!! Service is on point. I can call them anytime. They resolved the issue no matter what!!!! Mark, you have amazing people working with you. Responsible and very honest people. Keep up the hard work!!!

I called Tom and he made it over to our site in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient with both of our times. He was able to diagnose our issues in a matter of minutes. Very excellent service and very friendly. 11/10 would recommend.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

They bailed me out when I was trying to install a new sink in my bathroom and couldn't get the pipes to stop leaking. They sent a plumber in no time , the guy was friendly, professional, and got the job done. I was glad I called.

Abadin installed the plumbing for my bathroom incorrectly. Due to Manny’s incompetence, there is fecal matter splattered on our walls because the pipes burst. If you want your house to smell like Mr. Abadin’s, hire him.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
