Best Cooling System in Newark NJ

Just had my annual furnace maintenance done by this company and, as always, they did a great job!
I have been dealing with them for 2 years now and I have always had great service from them, they are very friendly, arrive on time and do great work!

What we thought was a heating system issue, turned out to be a minor thermostat problem. They fixed it quickly and charged reasonably.

Our water heater was leaking oily, sticky stuff. Most of the contractors straight up suggested a replacement without even taking a look. These guys agreed to come and take a look. The technician was able to utilize a temporary fix and said that it would probably last us 3-4 months, tops.

I appreciate his honesty. We have no budget for a replacement, so it was nice hiring these guys to squeeze a few more months out of our water heater.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

Very professional, fixed problem. Came w/ in a few days, reasonably priced. They put protective booties over shoes. Workers are friendly and answer all questions in a respectful and professional manner.

I have one clogged sink and bathtub and the serviceman sent to my home was extremely professional and capable. He took the time to go above and beyond to help me fix the problem and was the best plumber I have used since I moved into my house. I would definitely use him again!

I am very impressed; I have had my share of companies who I have had a bad experience with. This company was responsive and gave me same day service. They came to the house and had to leave for parts but returned to finish the same evening. I did not skip a beat as I work from home in an upstairs office and I was good to.

DMC is the most professional , friendly ,efficient family owned business I have ever come across. Talk about on time they were waiting for me. i used these guys before. they came in did the work without discussing the price then charged me an almost $1000 i was not happy or even pleased with the work at all.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
