I own a condo in Elizabeth that I have not had a chance to stay in for quite some time and for whatever reason I had terrible leaks in my vanity! I called Elizabeth Drain Service to troubleshoot the problem I was referred to this company by a friend that I really trust because he had a similar problem at his house! One thing that lets me know I will most likely choose one company over the other is definitely customer service if you answer the phone politely and if you talk to me with respect I won’t even shop the price around you would be surprised @ how many businesses fail at this simple step! EDS nailed my customer service test and the representative was very knowledgeable and damn near knew exactly what was going on and immediately scheduled my appointment for the same day! The service technician came to my place and he was in and out faster than I could say Elizabeth Drain Service lol and the whole time the leak was because all of the shut offs in my bathroom were no good so he replaced them! He was very kind & professional. I really appreciateElizabeth Drain Service for the wonderful service they provided for me and I’m glad my bathroom is not leaking anymore! Thanks a million EDS I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends, family, and the whole wide world if I could! Lol

I manage a small construction company. Recently, we had a couple of residential and commercial projects which needed plumbing and HVAC services. We were looking for all-in-one kind of contractors. We found this company in the process. They are quick, efficient, and clean. Every job that they have done for us so far is top quality. We would surely be calling them in the future.

Called All Clear and in less than an hour, technician came, cleared drain and cleaned up. I'm a repeat customer and service like this is why. Would highly recommend. *Note: Elvis is friendly and courteous.

What we thought was a heating system issue, turned out to be a minor thermostat problem. They fixed it quickly and charged reasonably.

I called them today as I was having some issues with my central AC. They came same day, diagnosed the problem, and even came up with a cheaper solution than initially thought which was very helpful. But what impressed me most was their transparency with pricing. I was scammed hardcore by Kook and Sons last year, so I was hesitant. But he told me over the phone what the charge would be for the visit BEFORE he came, and gave me pricing on the spot for a fix, and wasn't pushy. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. So many plumbers and HVAC guys can be sketchy and cons. These guys are not. I recommend them fully.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

We had a pipe from our boiler begin leaking. Gary and his team did a wonderful job fixing the issue. They were quick, clear, and professional about what needed to be done. Their work was excellent, and they went above and beyond in their clean up at the end. I'd recommend them.

The person that answered the phone was not supportive. I explained my situation to him and he asked my location. I live within walking distance of the business. He asked about the building them. I stated it was an apartment complex. He than asked how many apartments. I disclosed the amount and he states he does not do apartments. This information could have been placed on the website as well as the hours of operation. Because after 5pm it is classified as not normal hours. So the rate would increase.

Our furnace wasn’t working a few weeks ago and we called 3Way Air Mechanical and Ed was dispatched to our furnace request. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and most important knowledgeable to trouble shoot what was wrong. He took his time and diagnosis the issue and let us know what the cost would be and once we gave have him the go ahead. All the necessary parts were installed and everything was up and running again! I would certainly recommend 3Way Air Mechanical and use again should another issue come up in our home. Great job!

Chapman came to my House quoted me a price for a fan motor replacement of $451 to $758 and also charged me a $69 service fee.

My family was in the Heating Business for 80 years in Manhattan and I could do the work myself. I looked up the part number on the interment and could buy one for $159 max myself. So I figure $400 to $500 is high but fair for the right job. Everyone is entitled to make an honest living.

It was literally a 4 bolt and job and should not take more than 1 hour to complete test and retest. But hings did not go as I anticipated.

They claim the part cost $210 and charged me $742 in total. Since Chapman spent less than 2 hours in my home. I think the cost and the horrendous attitude to my wife was unprofessional. Chapman used to be a good shop and I cannot recommend them any longer. I did not expect these games from them.

I'm writing this review for a handicapped family member who recently needed your services. There was a flood issue in the home and she was physically incapable of turning off the water valve and had to call in the fire dept. for assistance. After they kindly helped her get things shut off and cleaned up, they recommend JD Plumbing. I just want you know how grateful she is for your prompt, professional work and compassion (without going into more detail). I can't tell you how this touched me when I heard what you (and Mike) did for her and all you asked in return was a Google review. Well here it is!
