He explained that other underground leaks could exist beyond the shut-off, but that the 1st step would be to fix the certain leak. After providing me with a written quote and subsequent contract, he scheduled a date for the replacement of the meter to house line. The repair and inspection were completed in about 6 hours on the scheduled date. No further leaks were found.

From new build to 5 years later we are still having leak issues. Over seven leaks from gas to water. Not sure how we didn't die in this casket they provided. I have the privilege of pulling up my new toilet to replace the leaking wax ring and last week we had to have a plumber fix the gas hot water heater line that has been leaking in the attic.

Looking for a new plumber and figure I would try them out. Painter found a leak, Sunday night, called Monday morning, and by 2:30 the work was done and under the estimate. Leak was in the attic and so far things are going well. I will definitely be calling them again. Fast, professional, and with reasonable prices, it is all I want from a plumber.

I wish I remembered the man's name, but this company was hired through our warranty company. This company contacted us faster than our warranty company did. The warranty company will usually let us know of updates/changes, but they didn't even get the chance to.

We had a leak from the piping connected to our tub. The guy was able to get in and out in under an hour. (I'm pretty sure it was maybe 30 minutes.) He was polite as all hell, communicated with us clearly with what needed to be done, and didn't leave a disaster behind. Hope our warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection, continues to hire y'all.
