Joel sent Jeremy and Dominick over to install my kitchen sink. They were very nice young men with positive attitudes and very professional. They worked quickly and made sure everything they installed worked properly and that there weren't any problems before leaving my house. I highly recommend Joel and his company.

Alex showed up on time and gave me his honest opinion about my a/c system. He made short order of finding the Freon leaks and informed me of my options. Alex is hands down the best a/c repair technician I’ve ever met. 👍

Rigo and his team are great. I have been without an upstairs shower for months and when I finally bit the bullet and called a plumber they were there and fixed it within 24 hours. They were nice, fast and effective. I should have called them earlier. Good people - good work.

It was wonderful to have someone come to fix a plumbing problem and be interested in more than cursory fixes. When Bluefrog sent Bryan over, he took the time to discern the source of a recurring problem and then returned with Efrain and Orlyn and did some heavy lifting to overhaul my situation. This company basically re-piped the plumbing throughout our entire house (and had their brother company, Gator's Sand, do all of the backfill, which was so convenient!). I called for a blockage in my ac line. They said, it was the AC unit. The AC guy said, it was the water lines blocked. After a month of back and forth, and $400 between the two companies, Roto Rooter came today and it was a blockage in 2 spots. $245. Never will I use this company again.

My tankless water heater stopped working. Seeing the model and age of the system, the technician guessed at the cause before he opened the cover. So about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem...the circuit board was fried. Unfortunately, not repairable, and to add to the sting... an identical unit servicing the other half of my duplex was already well on its way to burning up and failing at any time. The technician, David, was a total pro... empathetic that I was not planning on replacing two systems...and he did not pressure me into doing anything about it right then and there. The minimal visit fee for the diagnosis would have been more than fair if I had decided to take a few days to shop around. I decided to have him replace both units with new systems he recommended for quality and reliability. I don't think I would have saved much shopping it around, and I am certain I got my money's worth in terms of a quality product and professional install that will stand the test of time.
