The only thing I was not happy with was the sheetrock holes. That were left and not repaired. Had to call out another guy to repair them but the company had a name on file for sheetrock repair. The plumbing job was very good no leaks.
Plumber and crew very nice and cleaned up their mess. Took about two days.

Tony and his team did an outstanding job repairing a pipe that was leaking gas. They explained every step of the process and thoroughly checked every outlet that used gas prior to leaving my home . I highly recommend this business.

Third time I have used Bluefrog. They came out quickly, did the work efficiently and professionally.

Harold's Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. They came out same day or next and was able to fix an issue we were having without a hassle. We have a bigger issue the company doesn't offer so he referred us out instead of trying to try things he knew wouldn't work. Our laundry room now smells wonderful instead of sewer gas! Thank you!

EDIT: I was contacted by the business after this review was posted. The general manager apologized for the issue and said I should not have been asked to sign the second form before service was rendered. He is taking steps to remedy the situation, so I changed the review to three stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I needed toilet repairs before guests arrived on Christmas Day. Roto-Rooter scheduling was easy online, two repairmen came as scheduled Christmas Eve morning, and performed the repairs as needed.However, they gave me three forms to sign:1) work authorization2) a form saying work was completed to my satisfaction3) a form releasing them of all liability of any damages caused.The two men told me I had to sign all three forms BEFORE they would do the work. I told them it was unacceptable to ask me to sign forms 2 and 3 since they hadn't done any work. They told me if I didn't, they wouldn't perform the work! Because of the holiday I was over a barrel, so I signed them, but I'll find a new plumber next time I need work done.

Don't bother calling these guys. First time I ever called this business and the girl who answers is extremely rude. They will speak to you like they do not need your business.

If you are looking for quality work Tom's is the one to call. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer any question I had. The technicians are polite and helpful, and really go out of their way to make sure they are doing all they can for you. Not to mention their pricing is more than fair.. If you're needing plumbing work def. consider toms!

Called the very next day after they installed a faucet because my sink was leaking. Two guys showed up the next day , looked outside, opened the wall under the cabinet and said here’s you problem but you need to remove the cabinet for us to get in there and work🤔 Really. Ok they left stating they would email the estimate. Never heard from them. They left me with a hole in the wall and never came back. Luckily I called another company and they repaired the problem for what they charged me to change the faucet. A faucet I already had🤔 And just like that my days with Saia are over.
