The owner Lenny answered right away, and within 30 minutes David showed up to masterfully unclog my sink! Courteous and most professional and a 30 day warranty!! Very reasonable price! We are trying to sell our house. The plumbing inspector found our lines are too dirty to finish the inspection. I called Lenny and discussed with him. I was surprised that Lenny said it can be done the next day. The technician works really hard on our sewer system (Main line, kichen drain, bath tubs etc). After the cleaning, our tubs water runs super quick. I should do it early!!!!

I called Mr. Lenny Herbert because the Kitchen drain was clogged on my rental house. I asked him to unclog the drain and also about video inspecting (which cost $250). I live in Houston so I could not see the problem that my tenant was having in New Orleans. Lots of companies try to take avantage of this but NOT Mr. Herbert. He was very honest with me and told me that paying the $250 for a video inspection was not needed after he unclogged the drain. I saved his number in my cell because any other problems that I have I will be sure to call Mr. Hebert again. I’m so pleased to have found Herbert’s Drain Care. We have tried to schedule a plumber to come out to deal with our stopped drain for a couple of weeks now. I happened to pass one of their vans in Algiers and called. They came out that afternoon and solved my problem. David, the service provider, was professional, friendly and very neat.
He cleaned out the clog and cleaned up after himself as well.

Before you call anyone else, please read! - I called Hebert Drain Care this morning because of a drainage issue with both of our bathrooms - toilets periodically not flushing and, at times, backing up from the shower drains. I left a message a little after 7am when they open for business. I received a call back in less than 30 minutes. Lenny Hebert was very nice and listened when I explained the issues. Lenny said he woudl send his guy Jason and gave us a time frame between 10am and 1pm. Jason called us just before 10am and said he was on his way. He arrived at 10:10am. I was familiar with the name, Jason, from the great google reviews by other customers. Now I know why! Jason was so amazing! He was courteous, professional and genuine! He spoke to my husband and I the same! He didn't talk down to me or treat me any differently because I'm a woman. He was very, very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail as to what he was going to do! He really knows his stuff and he is sooo honest! He gave us an estimate for each possibility. Our final bill was close to what he originally estimated and gave us the best service! He was so thorough and with no attempt to overcharge! He looked for ways to save us money! He also gave us suggestions on what to do in the future! We will now ONLY call Hebert Drain Care for our plumbing issues in the future. Call these guys first!!! You will not regret it!! The reviews are real and I've seen it for myself!

Work on the air conditioning systems

Been Using Lenny for many years now. We do a maintenance pass on all of our drains and haven't had any problems since!

Hebert plumbing is an efficient, responsible and easy to book plumbing company in greater New Orleans. I have used them on over 100 service calls over the last 5 years and never have I had to call them back to fix a repair or install of a water heater, faucets, valves. Matt, Dave, Lenny are friendly, knowledgeable and I will continue to use them and refer them.

We have used Hebert Drain Care at least 100 times, they are trusted resource for our clients, a pleasure to work with, incredibly knowledgeable and determined to solve any issue that arises. Called Hebert plumbing for the first time and glad we did! Had an issue with a small leak around water tank in bathroom and needed a new faucet installed in kitchen. The faucet would not fit as designed, but Jason found an alternative way to make it work.

I can't say enough good things about Hebert Drain Care. I have used them in both commercial and residential situations, and they have always done a fantastic job. The plumbers are professional and talented, and they have a great response time.

I've used Hebert to work on drains at my business, and they have installed a hot water heater, sink and replaced pipes at my house. All of their work is top notch.

My problem wasn't a big one--just a recurrent buildup in the line that needs to be snaked out every few years--but Lenny came out the same day and fixed it. His rates are as good or better than anybody else's nowadays, and he gives senior citizen discounts. He was professional and courteous, and I will definitely call him again the next time I have a plumbing problem.
