The plumber who came out to work on my power assist toilet was “Cowboy”. He was excellent and friendly. A power assist toilet is a little different to work on and he knew exactly what was wrong with my toilet. He had one part but had to go pick another one up at supply house. He was very efficient putting the parts in toilet. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

I gave this company a call to see if they could fix a plumbing issue that I had with a bathroom vanity. Their response was quick and they showed an interest to help me out on a short notice. Roy and Troy came out, went to work, and addressed the problem even when Louisiana's weather wouldn't cooperate. Very reasonable with the price. You can't go wrong with this company. They will treat you right and very courteous with any questions you may have. Definitely give them a 5-star rating!!

He was extremely courteous, professional and personable, and eased my worries. He efficiently repaired the issue and made sure all my questions were answered!
