Watch out for their service van. The driver almost ran me off the I-10 exit to Power Blvd . He then sped through the not yet green light just ont Power.

Rigo and his team are great. I have been without an upstairs shower for months and when I finally bit the bullet and called a plumber they were there and fixed it within 24 hours. They were nice, fast and effective. I should have called them earlier. Good people - good work.

I've been doing business with Noel's plumbing for the past two years since I've owned my home. They are consistent in the work they do. Very reliable. The workers who come out to complete the jobs are very respectful and pleasant. They did a reroute of pipes in my home in 2019 which was about a total of about $1700. They came and did another job this past spring 2021 for me, which was installing a washer hook-up in a laundry room. The total for that was about $3000. Both jobs I was satisfied with the completed work. Today I had a small leak in my bathroom upstairs and Mr. Noel sent a worker out to take a look at the problem. Instead of telling me how the problem needs to be solved, the worker just went ahead and fixed the problem without my consent. He should have told me what the problem was and then ask if I wanted him to complete the work. I don't mind spending the money to get it fixed but it's the principal of just going ahead and doing the work without asking for the green light. And also unfortunately the owner Mr. Noel is always rude and short with me when I ask questions. But is very nice when taking my payments. I'm not sure if it's an age factor because I am younger but there is no reason to run a business and get rude when your paying customer asks questions. When I explained to Mr. Noel that he was rude his reply was well I'm just direct. What a way to respond to a customer! No apologies or anything!! Whether you are direct or not, it is a certain way you should handle customers, especially repeat customers! I don't usually leave bad reviews on companies but me trying to speak with him about it was a waste of time. I'm very disappointed in this last transaction but overall in him being rude when asking questions. Every customer should have a right to ask questions especially when they are spending a decent amount of money with the company!!

I was very happy with the work that James Ross did for me. It was a pretty big job, but he took care of my issues promptly and professionally. I will definitely use Bluefrog again.

Paul has done wonderful work installing a tankless water heater and new pluming for my washing machine! Kevin also came out and fixed my clogged skin. Will definitely use them again.

A&P Solutions was there for us when we needed help with our electrical breaker to get our new dryer running properly.

The team was at my home within an hour on a Saturday and gave me relief that my problem could be fixed. Mr. Michael and Mr. Paul were professional, kept me up to date, put safety first and made sure to clean up after themselves.

Bob has always been an excellent plumber who has done everything from fixing a leaky faucet to installing our water softener and tankless heater. Each time he arrived promptly, gives thorough explanations and is quiet as a mouse. Wouldn’t trust anyone else’s but Bob at this point for our home’s plumbing needs.

Charged us $169 to rechaulk a PVC joint in our A/C P-trap. 15-minute job and a schmear of chaulk. Shame on me for not getting a quote in advance. I would have laughed in his face and told him to hit the road. Don't waste your money on law school, learn how to be rip-off artists like these folks.

I wish I remembered the man's name, but this company was hired through our warranty company. This company contacted us faster than our warranty company did. The warranty company will usually let us know of updates/changes, but they didn't even get the chance to.

We had a leak from the piping connected to our tub. The guy was able to get in and out in under an hour. (I'm pretty sure it was maybe 30 minutes.) He was polite as all hell, communicated with us clearly with what needed to be done, and didn't leave a disaster behind. Hope our warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection, continues to hire y'all.
