Really, all the Good reports on these guys and that company,(Surgi's), are exactly the way it is.Second, The Honesty is Truly overwhelming!!! It would take me the rest of the evening to tell you all the details.Third, The Team work is Outstanding!!! The Care, Concern, and Courtesy is just Awesom. I mean, these guys care about your cooling and heating needs, also your budget.I must mention Vaughn and Chris, the two technicians who came out. They were so together on everything. The Harmony was right there. It seemed almost magical. Rigo and his team are great. I have been without an upstairs shower for months and when I finally bit the bullet and called a plumber they were there and fixed it within 24 hours. They were nice, fast and effective. I should have called them earlier. Good people - good work.

I called them, and someone answered the phone immediately, and scheduled an appointment for me. They came out on time, with texts to notify you along the way. They did a good job fixing the leak under my kitchen sink. I would use them again.

Mikey was very friendly, courteous and professional -- he couldn't fix my window, but did manage to lock it (very helpful in of itself) and didn't charge me for the visit. Will definitely call on them again. Thank you Mikey!

Dishonest

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
