Very friendly, on time, great pricing, and the plumber took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. (Installed a ignition coil for a tankless water heater) I’d use his services again.

Plumb & Square recently removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless heater in my attic. Rigo and his team are responsive, professional, timely, and communicate throughout the process. The area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were very careful not to cause damage going up and down to the unit and in the removal of an old tank in the attic. After the install, he took the time to explain all of the features and showed me exactly what he did and why each step was taken. I have never dealt with a more professional team, and his price was very fair. Rigo takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. I highly recommend that you call him for your plumbing needs.

Let me start off this negative review by saying that I used these guys last year too and the tech's do great work... if you can get them to your house. The problem you will have is dealing with the office. I normally try to chalk up bad service to a fluke, but I've had the same problem both times I've dealt with these guys a year apart. That tells me that my first bad experience was not just an accident.

This time I called the office for a leak (my ceiling is wet). I had to call 3 times to actually talk to someone. They don't have voicemail set up, so you can't leave a message. The lady said they couldn't get someone out until Monday (I talked to them on Thursday) and I asked if someone could tell me what to do to prevent more damage in the meantime. She said she would have someone call me back, but now it's Sunday and I haven't heard from anyone.

Last year was a similar story. Took multiple tries to actually get someone on the phone. Then after I had an appointment scheduled, they called me about 3 hours after they were scheduled to be here, telling me that the tech was out sick. They said they would call back in a few days to reschedule. After a week I had to call them back because no-one ever called me. When they finally got here the techs did a great job, but it took about 3 weeks after my initial call.

Great plumbing service that is responsible on price. Speedy service. Did not try to take advantage of a bad situation with my home plumbing. Blaine is a knowledgeable and an excellent plumber. He is great with his explanation about the problem and the solution. Wonderful service. Previous plumbing companies charged excess costs for simple solutions. I am so grateful I have Blue Frogs number in my phone. Really went the extra mile for my home repair. Outstanding!!!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of having my a/c rapidly turning on and off. My a/c man conferred with Terry from Mr. Rooter and they both agreed I had a blocked p trap. I dealt with three wonderful technicians - Terry, Paul, and Kevin. Their recommendations, expertise, and work were all professional and right on target. They went above and beyond to work with me. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone in need of a master plumber. Thank you for your help!

They got the line cleared, was pricey for 1 and a half hour job.

Our home warranty assigned us this company. The issue was with a leaky cold shower faucet and occasionally leaky hot water shower faucet. First attempt - fixed leaky cold water faucet but left us with a very leaky hot water faucet. It took days for them to return. Meanwhile, it drained the hot water tank. Left us (71 year old, a 4 year old just released from the hospital, and a mother who is in the military), to take days of cold showers, wash dishes with cold water. 2nd attempt after waiting for days- after one shower, again the hot water was leaking bad. I left a voicemail. In looking at how the original water directions of opening and closing was changed, how we no longer had a leak on the cold water side but instead now at the hot water side with the same intensity, we were convinced that they merely exchanged handles! Is this possible? Anyway. TODAY we will NOT ACCEPT to waiting for days to have someone return, we will NOT take cold showers, we will NOT drain another hot water tank, we will NOT wash our dishes in cold water, AND we will NOT waste any more water (extreme leaking water for a total of almost a week). I am hoping city inspectors and other concerned parties are reading this.
