I requested a service to relight the water heater and the technician came and couldn't relight it and he charged 150 dollars just to look at it. I asked for my money back and they told me that it would get refunded into my account and they never did. Anoter company did it for 135$ .

The DVD video inspection was not on the DVD. I called to resolve the issue. The assistant was nice and offered a refund of $75 of $350, which was generous considering that I asked for the refund 8 months later.
