Also you placed an illegal lien and your company admitted to that. I have tried making a payment for the work even though I have NO KNOWLWDGE of what you did or if you did anything at all since I never had an agreement with you and never hired you.
Still I have attempted to be nice about your admittedly illegal extortion and pay you. But your office doesn't get back to me for weeks at a time everyday cost $81 in interest on the property and I will be pursuing those damages.

Bought a new house and the pipes in the crawlspace started leaking almost immediately. Problems left unreported by the previous owner. We called Michael's and his team had the problem diagnosed in half a day (including an emergency Metro Water survey!!!) and came back out two days later and fixed the problem. Extremely professional, thorough, and fast!!!

Josh Guthrie Service Technician did an incredible job repairing our AC on a Sunday. He was so through that he found a leak and came back on Tuesday to complete a repair that would have caused problems in the future. He was great at explaining what needed to be done, he was on time and very professional. We look forward to him returning in the fall for winter maintenance. They did a fantastic job

Way too expensive / charged me 239 for simple kitchen sink clog, wanted then to charge me an extra 421 to install a new kitchen facet. I had to get kitchen done because selling house and showings the next day or I wouldn't have paid that much. And said no to fixing leaky kitchen facet st that price. Went to Home Depot bought a new facet and changed it out myself for 70 dollars. Won't ever use this company again.
