On a cool Sunday morning as we prepared for church, we woke up to our downstairs toilet over flowing with water. The water was pouring onto the floor and the bathtub was about half full of residual back flow. It was a nasty mess and my attempts to plunge the problem were unsuccessful. I knew I needed a professional, but who could I call on Sunday morning? I thought of a few companies I know that specialize in this type of service and as I began calling down my list all I got was an answering service telling me “all agents are busy at this time”. I finally made it down my list to Roto-Rooter and when I called I got a real person on the phone who took my number and informed me that the plumber on call “Roger” would be calling me soon. Roger did call me and let me know he would be here in about 2 hours. He then called about an hour later and told me he was on the way. Roger was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem I was having. He immediately got to work and within an hour my problem was solved. Thank you to Roro-Rooter for your immediate service. If I have any more plumbing issues they will be the first on my list of plumbers to call.

A couple different plumbers came out to reconnect my sink after a installation of a new countertop, Katie made everything right. I loved having a female plumber that knew what she was doing. She apologized for the work done previously that was done incorrectly by someone else. I will definitely ask for her again in the future!

I was very satisfied with the service provided for me by my technician Eli. He was very professional and honest.
