PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

I called and was impressed by the knowledge of the staff, the price they offered and the quick turn around time of the service. I was dreading having my water heater replaced and put it off, I wish I would have called sooner!

A friend recommended 615 Plumbing so I called and they were able to send someone that same day. I had an issue with hot water in my shower and Brandon who helped me was in and out after quickly diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed. I was so relieved to have hot shower thanks to Brandon and 615! Not sure how competitive their pricing is, but when you need the job done they are professional and will make sure you’re satisfied.

They are great at getting repairs done quickly and correct. The only reason I don’t give a 5 is because the last maintenance check they came out for the tech tried to lie and say our unit is over 7 years old when I know for a fact it is only 4 years old we lived there when it was replaced. To try and get us to buy a new unit. Trying to scare people into new units and using lies is not a good look.

Jeff and Michael at Southern Plumbing arrived on time, professionally dressed and a van full of parts to repair my sewer pump. They were great and I recommend them highly.

Jesse Allen came to the rescue and within minutes found the leak, dug & exposed the pipe & marked it for my plumber to repair. He was respectful of property and my dogs. Thanks Jesse for your high professionalism and courtesies.

We had ongoing problems with our HVAC unit and had tried another company which refused to work with a home warranty company. Ashlee from AirTemp came out and diligently tested each floor of our zoned HVAC system (4 floor townhouse) to figure out exactly what the problem was, got on the phone with the warranty company, and tried to help us get the repair covered. Ashlee explained everything to me clearly and multiple times (lol) to make sure I understood, and charged us a fair price for the labor and materials. He also gave me advice on how to address a potential future problem in a less expensive way. Highly recommend! Ask for Ashlee!
