Explained everything clearly.This is my second review. Today is July 21, 2020. Tech came to do our summer tune up. He did an excellent job.Explained everything he did. Very neat.Very friendly. I appeciate that he wore a mask and did not shake myhand. I gladly renewed my Happy Hiller contract for another year. Great company.

Furnace/ heat pump repair

We called for a plumber today when we awoke to water leaking down our laundry room wall. Pioneer sent Vince to our home for the call. He was knowledgeable and thoroughly searched to find the source. It ended up to be a roof leak! Vince was very professional and pointed out some plumbing issues that we were unaware of. We are grateful to have found a plumber we can now rely on.

Dylan was super helpful and thorough in finding what was going on with the unit. After I have an electrician out for some working work I will have Hoffman come back out to finish the hook up of the unit
