Chandler was very accommodating. It turned out he could arrive early, so my waiting time was shortened. Then, seeing I needed a new faucet, rather than requiring me to reschedule (he did not have a replacement faucet on his truck), he waited the 20 minutes while I went and purchased a faucet of my choosing. In that time he removed the old faucet, so it worked out well. He was here for a little over an hour and a half. I thought the charge was a bit high, but I really appreciated the service.

Each time I use services of Lee Company, they respond quickly to my request. Then, they come in promised time frame. Staff are courteous, conscientious and professional. Shawn got the jobs done more quickly than I thought it would be. If I have to have a plumber, Lee Company is my go to choice.

Andrew, Michael, and Robbie are amazing!!! My fiance and I had water leaking under our floor boards and we couldn't find where it was coming from. Robbie came out to assess the situation and had Andrew and Michael come out within a couple of days to get it fixed. They found out it was a hose for our washer that had started leaking. They fixed it and helped with the mold in the area. All three of them were super informative on the entire process and were extremely kind and professional. I would recommend them to anyone I know and we will definitely be working with Pioneer again!
