The owner of this company is a real bad guy.

After running for 18 years, our HVAC system finally died, on the hottest day of summer! We have an elderly mother upstairs and a senior puppy in the house as well. After placing several calls to different HVAC repair centers, the only one to respond right away was Frog. I had already read reviews on them and was confidant in moving forward with them. They did not have any open appointments but a tech (Josh) squeezed us in anyway. They were booked the next two days, but because of the severity of the heat and the situation they set us up for the next day! It was supposed to be a noon arrival, but they called in the morning and asked if they could come early! They were here exactly at 9 am (the time they confirmed in the call). The service folks (Zach and Kevin) were extremely professional, were wearing masks, and they worked very efficiently despite the extreme heat and humidity. They left no detail untouched, sealing, caulking, and even cleaning up after themselves. We were absolutely floored by the Frog! Hopefully we won't need any repairs for years to come, but if we do - you can be sure we're going with them again.

Today I had my annual plumbing and electrical inspection from Pioneer Home Services. Jeremiah Olsen, David Elkin and Michael were all great. They were very respectful of my home, explained everything they were checking out and looking for. The took pictures and walked me through all their findings and recommended multiple options for service. I have used their service for several years now (formerly Surfin' Plumbers) and always been very pleased with the work and the customer service of their employees.

Always polite, professional and courteous. They have serviced our home for years and have always been great.

Was super excited to use them since they worked on my previous home. They charged me for product they did not even use ( not cheap). They used old material that was already in my current home when the whole purpose was to replace it since it was old. When asked if they used brand new material they said yes, I let them know I checked the work and they didn’t. They did send someone back out to finish the job “correctly”. Scheduling issues was a big thing. Was told one day, and no one would show up. Brand new HVAC and they still managed to use the 10+ year old metal rusted pipes and left the uncut new one in my yard. Not a honest company.
