Best Control Systems in Nashville TN

I have to concur with a lot of folks here...C&S installed a new heating/air unit in my home in February and everything ran great. When the AC kicked on in June and ran for prolonged times, water back-up in the unit and flooded the return trunk line. C&S came out, indicted the drain was installed backward and tried to charge me $120 service call and quoted $700 to replace the trunk line. I noted they installed everything and that the problem occurred when the AC finally had to run for prolonged periods. They still wouldn't budge despite admitting they installed the drain wrong. I got the BBB involved but all they said was they'd like to mediate the disagreement...ultimately, after 3 months, they said they would comp the service call and install the trunk line, but i had it fixed by then...no one should have to go through that...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you created this problem when you installed the unit...i see they are still accredited by BBB despite my complaint...

I strongly recommend Leak detection of Tennessee! Regan is very nice, knowledgeable and professional. It was amazing that he can detect water leaking even the leaking is about 2.5% of a gallon per minute! I realized water leaking issue between the water meter and our house a month ago, then I have tried to contact companies to locate and fix. The first company asked me to replace the whole pipe because they cannot detect the leaking due to the same amount of leaking (4 gallons per hour) and offered me a quote (around 4K). Then, I asked a big leak detection company and was told that they cannot detect because of the same reason. Finally, I contacted Regan and told him the leaking situation. He told me that he should be able to detect it. He taught me about the method and mechanism of leaking detection and worked with me, and finally detected the leaking spot within one hour. The price is also very reasonable. Due to his successful detection, it saved me a lot of money.

Really appreciated Justin's evaluation of our HVAC issue today. He took extra time to explain the situation and options, even drawing a diagram to help us understand. I appreciate the fact he has 24+ years of experience in this industry and knowledge of many different types of systems. We have had them come out 2 times to look at our gas units because they were emitting Carbon Monoxide. They were unable to find the problem after 2 visits. After attempting to schedule a 3rd visit, they stated that we would be the first customer for the day. When we didn't hear from them, they told us that they made a mistake and didn't schedule us like they had stated. We waited over 6 hours without a call. When I called them back around hour 5 they stated that we were next in line, but that no technicians had finished their first job of the day. We called back and cancelled our 3rd appointment to go with another vendor because of the safety hazard. We have had to shut down our business operations for 3 days which is affecting our ability to function as a business.
