I would absolutely recommend Jake The Plumber. We needed a shower control replaced in our master bathroom. There was no access panel to the rear, and they had to cut into sheet rock to get the access. Stu was very careful and took the tile on the other side of the wall off without causing any damage. I was able to re-use these tiles when when we closed the wall back up. Just an example of the careful, excellent work Jake the Plumber does. Our job was finished in 3 hours and works perfectly.

My whole Thanksgiving was dependent upon this drain being fixed. And I was put through failure after failure for 4 days. I plunged my life away. I cried. I had to send my daughter to her aunts because our shower was not moving. Crying in the livingroom and becoming an actual puddle of mud, I hear the mighty snake repeatedly slashing at the drain. With tireless swings and stabs, the enemy clog was weakened.David #4579 had done it! He and his serpent removed a large chunk of the devilish clog. And yet?It remained!Without fear, David #4579, led by the metal serpent entered the musky darkness of the bath tub drain. .They slashed and twirled and danced the most intimidating display of confidence and justice.And the effort sent the the clog running for life through the other end of the drain.And the broken woman reappeared in her living room. Only, this time, sobbing with gratitude. David #4579 had done it.He was a hero.A warrior.A conqueror of clogs.Thanksgiving was saved. As was the broken woman. And her worried beasts.The daughter could finally return.And now we will NEVER forget the legacy of David #4579 and his heroic journey into the depths that had ruined the family before him.I am going to always recommend Roto Rooters.And David #4579 deserved recognition for the hero he is!My most gracious gratitude, good sir!

Norblom was very prompt and cordial when I called, same-day service, kudos there. They couldn't fix my plumbing problem, but they refunded the fee for the visit so that was nice.

Faucet repair. We were very satisfied with the work performed by Alan Farr. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly.

Had a really great experience with this company and the worker they sent (Joe). The initial call for a quote was professional and friendly, competitive with cost and easy to schedule. I got plenty of reminders about the service before the actual date, which I appreciated. Joe was on-time, friendly, worked quickly and completed the job without having to replace the entire pipe (which I told him we’d rather not replace at this time if we don’t have to). I will be hiring them again if we need work done in the future.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Steinkraus Plumbing - specifically the owner, Jason, is extremely unprofessional. He has repeatedly ignored my calls when calling to collect payment for materials we supplied his company for a project they were working on. I left well over 10 messages for him with the staff that answers the phone and they assured me they were passing along the messages and they weren’t sure why he wasn’t returning my calls. He finally returned my call months later and said he would pay. Months go by and still no payment. Eventually I got ahold of Jason directly again and he said since he “closed out that project on his end, he cannot pay us...” - in what world does that excuse a business from paying another business for their product that they received? You would think as an owner of a small business himself he would understand the importance of every sale/purchase and understand that if you order and receive product, you are responsible to pay for it. I would not do business with this company as they have proven (read other reviews) that they are not a trustworthy company. Very sad that he puts his employees in the position of taking the heat for his poor business practices.
