Best Toilet Repair in Minneapolis MN

Having lived in Maple Grove for a decade now, we’ve called on a handful of plumbers. Once TJK answered our emergency call years ago, we’ve never looked back. Since, they’ve replaced our water softener, faucets, toilets and now a water heater. We’ve dealt with numerous technicians of theirs and all have been so professional, respectful and caring. I had two plumbers from bigger plumbing businesses at my house to look at a shower leaking into the basement. Both said the job was likely to trigger a bathroom remodel because there was no way to fix the issue without damaging the insert without damaging the tile without damaging etc etc. Both quoted prices but said I should contact a contractor about a remodel.

I found Alex through Angie's List and sent him pictures of the problem. He said it looked like a hard job, but wasn't sure why the other plumbers recommended a remodel. He showed up on time, worked efficiently and had it done in 2 hours with none of the extra damage the other plumbers predicted. Honest, knowledgeable and hard working.

I had them install my flowtech and carbon filter and it works great and I had a great experience with everyone involved. And the system installed works great. I will actually drink my tap water now that my water is clean and purified. I will be recommending them to everyone

We've used Erik Nelson for 3 projects (replacing galvanized pipes to increase water pressure in a bathroom, leaking kitchen faucet, leaking pipe in basement) and we've been impressed every time. They respond to phone calls promptly, show up on time, do an excellent job, are careful with our home, give estimates that are accurate, and are generally good people we enjoy working with. Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Plumbing and drain services don’t exactly bring me joy but it’s a necessary service when you own a home. We had roto rooter come out again for our annual maintenance and our service tech Darrell was excellent! It’s the little things like introducing yourself, shaking hands, etc. that make a difference. They always do a great job and we’ve never had any sewer problems like the last family that lived here so we trust that they are doing an excellent job. We will gladly invite roto rooter back annually and any other time needed!

Quick & professional! We were having some issues with some basement plumbing. After a quick chat with Jim he thought it may be a partial blockage & suggested a Norblom drain cleaning appointment. Zack arrived promptly for our early AM appointment to clean out our drains. After Zack & my husband added some elbow grease to remove an old stubborn drain cover, Zack found the clog & got us back in business quickly. We are happy with Norblom's service & would use them again.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
