Best Plumbing Pipe Repair in Minneapolis MN

I started work on my shower faucet. Things went well, but then I got stuck it got late and I gave up. I called TJK last night about 9pm. It was so easy to get an appointment for the next morning for help!
Josh called at 8am and was happy to help! He arrived about 30 minutes later and got right to work. We are more then happy with the job done so well. Thank you TJK plumbing and Josh!

Alex is fantastic at his job. His prices are exceedingly competitive and, more importantly, he brought a wealth of knowledge to our basement remodel project. He redid the plumbing throughout the basement, moved a water main, moved a water heater, and fixed some of the plumbing upstairs. Thorough and communicative. Cannot recommend him enough!

Had my shut off valves replaced to my washing machine with up to date easier turn off valves. Loved working with John who was super nice, very knowledgable and added an additional suggestion for our condo buildings main shut off valves, really appreciated his extra time with info regarding that.

Our water heater went out and created an indoor pool in our basement. Called Norblom Plumbing for help. I was explained the costs involved how they bill and water heater options. However the earliest they could do was later the following afternoon. Which was fine as t was short notice. Even shorter notice was a call back from Norblom about a cancellation and they would be over in 45 minutes. That worked great. The serviceman was courtious, explained the costs again. I needed another valve and repipe. He explained theadded time and materials bill . He answered all my questions relating to the project and an unrelated water softener issue. Will definitely call on Nrblom for any future plumbing work.

BEN couldn't have BEN better. He not only deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the requirements of Bonfe, he covered all the bases a customer wants.. A significant amount of 💰 was required for his skills. The cost wasn't painless, but he made the process of actually being in my home doing what needed to done painless. I would ask for him if I needed to call Bonfe again for plumbing problems. But with the Bonfe guarantee I hope I can say. BEN there, done that and now just need a Bonfe 👕.I should have BEN hired in the call center but Ben couldn't help with that 😔. Just saying...

Great plumbing Heating Air and Electrical Service Company

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

2017 I did Phase I of a big renovation and spent 19K with Steinkraus and when I got the bill I asked for back up documentation to support the invoice and was given the run around and an answer well we aren't the cheapest plumbers and we need to cover overhead. When we started Phase II we really like the plumber and thought let's give them a second try and asked for another person to be our contact. They sent the owner Merle and he did a bid which we signed but stated we were concerned that some of Phase III might be included but were told don't worry we will be fair and take care of you. When I got the 17K bill I had kept track of all the hours. I am about 5K in the dark how they came up with the total and they refuse to itemize the invoice. My advise is if you work with them it is time and materials and you ask for documentation. The time spent on site for Ryan was a total of 67 x $135.00 = $9045.00 plus $1000.00 Material plus fixtures $2440.00 =$12, 485.00. Even if you added on a 20% management fee it still would be below the $17,210.00 invoice I received. So basically they charged me $205.00 an hour? I just wish they felt the need to walk me through all the charges but they have no interest. The good news we think our plumber was great just not the front office. The bad news is we have Phase III and can't use them. 5 Stars for plumbing!
