We had a wonderful experience with TJK plumbing and would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Josh came out to give us a quote for a new water heater. He was very knowledgeable and gave us our options for a leak that was found near our water heater. Sid came out replace the water heater. He was also wonderful. He told me how long to expect the work to take and completed it in the time frame given. Once he was finished he did a great job explaining everything to me including warranties and how to set up an inspection. He went above and beyond and informed me of an issue with my radon pump. We were very pleased with TJK plumbing and would trust their plumbers to do any projects in our home!

Alex is fantastic at his job. His prices are exceedingly competitive and, more importantly, he brought a wealth of knowledge to our basement remodel project. He redid the plumbing throughout the basement, moved a water main, moved a water heater, and fixed some of the plumbing upstairs. Thorough and communicative. Cannot recommend him enough!

I'm glad I did because everyone was friendly and they asked the right questions before coming to our home in Woodbury. Stu was very fun and informative! Pricing seemed fair, still expensive though. We will definitely use this company again!!

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

We had them out said it was 380$ to cut the sheet rock but if you you use us to repair your problem we will wave your fee then they quote you a stupid high price of 920$ for 50$ in parts and 1hr of labor and at that point they have you because they either made a pile of money by cutting a hole or fix it for a really high price. I am in the trades as an electrician and I feel like I was swindled.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
