I chose Jake the Plumber because of their willingness to discuss potential costs for my repair before making the trip to my house. This was important to me and none of the other vendors I called would even tell me their hourly rate. Stu was great; he explained the scope of work and completed it quickly all while keeping the expense well within the range given on the phone. He did not try to up-sell me on anything. We will definitely use Jake the Plumber again.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

He was able to identify that all our plumbing system is in order, and the problem we are having is actually an issue of water coming in behind a wall. Calling Norblom was certainly the right call to make for this first time home owner!

Chris O was the best! After some frustrations with the process, Chris communicated with us every step of the way. Chris had me specifically communicate directly with him for scheduling and rescheduling to finally complete the project. He worked an extra extra long day on the last day aline to make sure our project was finished correctly. He truly was great to work with!

Very intent to details, family oriented integrity driven company

Always a great spot to visit.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
