They demolished the old concrete one and saved me from making huge mistake installing a cheap one I had leftover from my home’s previous owner. They wore masks, socially distanced and showed great respect for us and our home. This was my third time hiring ENP. The quality of their work is high and I recommend them to all.

The cost was a bit higher than I expected. I was expecting to get some credit for removing the old kitchen faucet and cleaning around the sink. The plumber did a good job in installing the new sump pump in the basement.

Erickson installed a Reznor heater in my garage. There were a couple of scheduling issues, but they did communicate well about those and every worked out nicely in the end. Both the gas and electric technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did good work. Will definitely be using them again!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
