Pretty much solid all around. Easy to make an appointment, clear text message updates, fast and friendly service. Respectful. Reasonably priced. Not sure what else you'd need to know.

Scheduling was good/easy, and Alex showed up on time on the day of the job. He communicated well throughout the job, and did great work...including cleanup. Price was very fair.

I called early in the week to schedule a plumber to come to my house and fix a leak. The window was 12pm-1pm Friday the 22nd. They sent me an email the day of the appointment to confirm and I did so. I get to my house shortly before noon on the day of the appointment and wait for the plumber to show up. At 1 pm no one has shown up nor has anyone contacted me to tell me they would be late. I called and text shortly after 1 pm to find out if anyone is coming. No one answered the phone and about 20 minutes later I did get a text stating the plumber was running late and would not be there till after 2:30 pm. I am rather disappointed that I wasn't notified earlier that they would be late and could not make the scheduled time.
I realize that things happen and the appointments are made ahead of time based upon scheduled finishes and not everything goes as planned. What bothers me is that no one reached out to me before 1 P. M. to tell me that they would be late. You know at 12:30 that you will not make your 1P.M. appointment, you should have called or reached out to me before hand.

Edit: They followed up with me and took full responsibility for the lack of communication. I was impressed with their professionalism and wanting to fix the issue.

I cannot recommend Erik Nelson Plumbing enough. The were the best tradesmen I worked with during my kitchen remodel. Responsive, fair pricing and overall great work. They went above and beyond what we needed.

David was very polite and very fast got in got out got the toilet working again couldn’t have been a better experience I spent like 3 days trying to fix it. Worth the money.

My house has a clogged drain then causing the basement to be flooded. There was a technician come out already to fix the upstairs bathroom wax ring but they did not pay attention to the other details. Weld & Sons has great customer service, in particular the after office hour. Victor was very knowledgeable and even listening to my description, he was able to understand the issues, estimate the hour job, give me a fair hourly rate. I did not have to worry about the unknown overcharges for the other companies came out and always tell you it depends. I had called over 5 different companies the people answering the phone has no idea what you are talking about, they are only documenting the issue and not able to answer anything. Victor however is the plumber himself, so this is different. He took time to explain the issues, and he made recommendation on site with what is needed, and did not try to rip me off by suggesting me to replace everything I did not needed to replace. They are upfront with the pricing charges so I don't need to worry about the overcharges. Their estimates on the number of hours of work needed to fix things are fairly accurate. They helped me with changing the faucet, fixing the faucet that was broken, and changing the main water pipe valves. At the end, they refer me to another company to take care of the Sewer problem as well (American Sewer) and that company was amazingly the best companies amongst all of the quotes that I have gotten. What I have realized is that almost everyone just tried to tell you that you need to fix many things but they may not be needed. Weld & Son and American Sewer are both very fair and professional and answer many questions I have. I just would highly recommend them!

Great service from start to finish! The service scheduler was professional and understanding. The service technicians were prompt and thoroughly explained what they were going to do, then followed up afterward with an easy to understand explanation of what the problem was and how they resolved the issue. They gave a future recommendation and were professional, courteous and respectful of my time. We have had great experiences in the past with Roto-Rooter and will use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Had a leak come through the ceiling from the shower upstairs. I called on a Friday evening at 5pm, they were at my house in an hour! And I live a good 30 mins west of the cities without traffic. When they arrived they assessed the situation and said that they could set up their equipment and charge the minimum but it wouldn't be worth it. A couple fans in the access points for a couple days would work. Kind, friendly, and most importantly HONEST. They will be my first call if another issue arrives down the road.

I can't say enough about Norblom. Jim and Jake are the best! Jim is the guy to talk to have the appointment set up, super nice, knows plumbing inside and out. We always get someone out quickly. Jake is the guy we ask for every time. He is great, efficient, on time, and works smart. Even has treats for my dogs. We won't ever go anywhere else for plumbing.

Rescued our weekend, but at a steep cost. Subsequently, attempts to get full documentation for the new installation have fallen on deaf ears. Tried to drop by to resolve issues by found the doors locked and no one answered.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
