Alex responded to us immediately and fit us into his schedule quickly. Knowledgeable and professional in every way. From calling to set up an appointment to meeting with the technician. We knew exactly when the technician would arrive using their tracker and the technician explained what issues we were having and gave us multiple options with pricing before he started working. I will recommend Bonfe to anyone that needs heating and air service. The customer service is by far the best I’ve seen from any company in a very long time.

Plumber was supposed to hook up the dishwasher. Dishwasher does not work, saying water pressure / hose error. Brand new dishwasher that was professionally installed. It’s been well over a month and still no resolution in site.

Update- plumber came back out and fixed dishwasher. Apparently there was a mix up with my contractor company. Still not happy they had to come out again to fix it after not doing it correctly the first time. But the guy the second time was nice and professional.

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

We a 3x day return project n worked with the same plumber, Dillion. He made the project seamless n flow with ea days project repair of 2 separate bathroom project, he was really awesome. I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
