I called TJK last week for a non emergency service, I needed my water heater moved to a different spot for an upcoming basement remodel, and they scheduled a time right then for the next week. The day before they texted a confirmation and the day of they were right on time and got the work done quickly. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are outstanding! Hired them for my kitchen remodel which featured running a vent and drain in an island on the 2nd floor of my duplex. I literally had 3 plumbers come look at and say something along the lines of you're gonna make me take out my code book aren't you? - and then pass on the work because it was too complicated. Justin from Erik Nelson didn't bat an eye and knew exactly how to make it work from the get go. I got a very fair quote that they came in UNDER when it was all said and done. They were also more than professional and kinda almost too organized where I feel like they might be using some sort of performance enhancing drugs. 100% recommend and they have my business for life.

Matt (#6772) and John (#3756) arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. Matt was the main technician on the job. He explained the process, identified what ended up being a minor structural concern that was very fixable. Discussed the rationale for doing preventive maintenance of the sewer line because of mature trees on the property, which identified concerns that should be further surveyed in the future. I am very pleased! I did forget to mention that I had a discount coupon until after they already ran my card. they were unable to fix the problem, but directed me to the billing department. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to family, friends and colleagues.

Explained the work ahead of time. Fixed leak in less than 40 minutes. Showed me the old part and hole. Very polite and respectful of our home. Will use them again if need arises

They took advantage of my 94 year old father by charging him $275 for replacing a filter on his kitchen sink.

I called Erickson to replace a drum trap, and had saved up a few wishlist items around the house. The fee was a flat-rate time-based fee, and the plumber was able to give time estimates for each project before beginning. I was able to get the most bang-for-my-buck at a rate I felt more than reasonable. I recommended their service to a friend who had a leaky pipe who felt similarly. I had them back to do some gas line work as well and it was a similar experience.

I'm about to call and have them out to work on a valve and drippy tub faucet. I am confident I will have another fine experience.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.
