Best Water Heater Repair And Installation in Minneapolis MN

I called TJK last week for a non emergency service, I needed my water heater moved to a different spot for an upcoming basement remodel, and they scheduled a time right then for the next week. The day before they texted a confirmation and the day of they were right on time and got the work done quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We were referred to Alex by a trusted friend and contractor when we discovered water damage in our linen closet caused by a leak coming from our master bath toilet. Alex responded to us immediately and fit us into his schedule quickly. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

I called 4 plumbers before I called Jake. They were either busy or had no idea how to solve my problem when I explained the situation and wouldn't even come out to check. I called Jake the plumber and they came out that day. They were super friendly and discovered the water heater was leaking underneath by using a camera, then showed me the video demonstrating the problem. They also found my water pressure was low and discovered the water softner (which was likely original with the old house) was failing causing the water pressure issues. The work was great and they were incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend Jake.

Hired for my elderly aunt, expensive and not impressed.

Did the AC tune up at the start of summer and was told we had a crack in our heater in one of the elements that would require a significant fix or possibly a new furnace. They immediately sent out someone to quote us a new furnace price who strongly discouraged us from fixing the component and pushed us to replace the furnace. Given that it was the summer and our AC was functional we had another team come out to actually tune up our AC because that was never addressed. We then had three other bids from separate companies to come evaluate our heater and no problems were found by any of the other companies. Worth the money for other inspections but very disappointed in the attempt to upsell. Buyer beware!

We had a leak in a basement pipe that needed to be repaired. The technician was on time, extremely friendly, and worked quickly to fix the problem that was causing the leak. We would definitely use Erickson again for future needs.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.
