I was recommended to use TJK Plumbing by another trusted plumber, Kal’s . TJK was able to come out quickly, and Dan from TJK was awesome! He was friendly, professional, and explained everything that was needed to complete the repair. Pricing was fair and I would absolutely use them again. I think it says a lot when one trusted plumber recommends another business. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Jake was super cool and personable, but also very professional. I called Monday afternoon, and he was able to get me in the first thing Tuesday morning (I live in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood on the East Side of Saint Paul). I was especially into the whole free consultation thing, since many plumbers charge quite a lot just to come out. I also needed a plumber who would do both drain unclogging and drain/faucet repair, and it seems like there are a lot of companies out there that are either/or with that kind of stuff. He unclogged the drain in question (kitchen), replaced the kitchen faucet on a really difficult-to-access sink, and re-plumbed the main drain and dishwasher connection for a very reasonable price. He explained plumbing in a way that made sense, offered to teach me how to do the work myself so that I could know some plumbing basics, and did not try and up-sell me on anything. He was more competent and provided better service than larger plumbing companies that I've worked with, and it was nice to know I was supporting an individual guy versus a big company. I'm a relatively young female homeowner, and was completely comfortable having him in my house and felt that he was being very honest and fair with me. He is definitely someone I will call again and recommend to others.

I had a bathroom faucet that had been a problem since I updated my old pipes to copper. I ordered new parts but never got around to fixing it. More than I could handle. Brian came and was really good at just listening to what the issue was. After he cleared the clog he gave us good information to go by and what may be needed to keep the pipes clear. Great guy.

We have used Weld & Sons for all our plumbing needs for the past few years and I’m always happy with the result. Today we had them come over to fix a leaky sink, unclog a bathtub drain and fix a shower faucet, and as always, I was super pleased. Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
