Best Water Heater Installation Services in Minneapolis MN

I had a sewage drain line that was leaking and needed it repaired quickly. From the time I contacted them online to when they showed up at my front door it was under an hr. Amazing!!

I had two plumbers from bigger plumbing businesses at my house to look at a shower leaking into the basement. Both said the job was likely to trigger a bathroom remodel because there was no way to fix the issue without damaging the insert without damaging the tile without damaging etc etc. Both quoted prices but said I should contact a contractor about a remodel.

I found Alex through Angie's List and sent him pictures of the problem. He said it looked like a hard job, but wasn't sure why the other plumbers recommended a remodel. He showed up on time, worked efficiently and had it done in 2 hours with none of the extra damage the other plumbers predicted. Honest, knowledgeable and hard working.

Quick customer service on the phone and friendly knowledgeable in-home service. Will use them again for other issues. This one specifically was for an Aprilaire humidifier.

Sent them email in early April to obtain a quote for some really basic work that needed done—dishwasher hookup, farmhouse sink hookup, gas line connection for new cooktop and running line to connect an ice maker (newly remodeled kitchen). Provided images with demarcation to make it super easy. No response. Called the office after a week to see if they got my email and to verify I sent it to the correct address. They were to get back to me but never did.

I gave up and hired someone else. I get it, contractors are super busy right now and demand is high. But you have to be responsive and communicative. I generally like to support smaller, local business but they’re too busy for me.

Found another plumber who was able to do the work and I’m hiring him for more stuff this summer. He was incredibly busy too but he returns calls and communicates.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

We had issues with our plumbing that needed immediate attention. Roto Rooter sent out a drain tech within an hour or two and also had Water Restoration out that same day. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us very clearly. They even talked to our insurance adjuster and helped with our claim. After the cleanup was taken care of, we requested a plumber come take a look to see where the leak was and fix it. Mike was incredible! He is super knowledgeable and personable and gave us all the details behind what was happening and what he was doing. Highly suggest Roto Rooter and especially Mike (plumber) and Keith (Water Restoration). We will definitely be recommending them to others and will be coming their way if any future problems arise.

We had work done on 7/17/23 with Brent from Weld and Sons. It went so well. He was showed up on time, was professional and very focused completing the work promptly. They had the best price of anyone we called. We couldn't be happier to highly recommend Weld and Sons!

Prices have gone up significantly

Our water heater went out and created an indoor pool in our basement. Called Norblom Plumbing for help. I was explained the costs involved how they bill and water heater options. However the earliest they could do was later the following afternoon. Which was fine as t was short notice. Even shorter notice was a call back from Norblom about a cancellation and they would be over in 45 minutes. That worked great. The serviceman was courtious, explained the costs again. I needed another valve and repipe. He explained theadded time and materials bill . He answered all my questions relating to the project and an unrelated water softener issue. Will definitely call on Nrblom for any future plumbing work.

The receptionist was very professional and helpful. Wonderful customer service! We didn't actually use the company, but would call back if we need their services in the future.

This wonderful service scheduled me within a week for a relatively minor repair. Other services either didn’t respond, or said they were too busy. My technician was awesome! Unfazed by the HOT day, he arrived on time and wasted no time fixing my problem. I would use Erickson for every problem!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

My plumber was awesome! He was on time to replace my bathroom fixtures. He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.
