When the water damage happened and ceiling was leaking, I was in a panic. I called Roto-Rooter and a gentleman came just in an hour to help me with the situation even it was on a Saturday afternoon. The crew was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. They explained to me each step and advised some helpful steps I could take to make things go smoothy. Corey and Todd were great! I had a mainline sewer repair and Corey came out right away when I contacted him. Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

The city told us that our stop box (water shutoff) wasn't working and needed to replace it 20 days before we closed on selling our house. Cichy's came out to fix it and found that it actually worked. Not only did they NOT charge us the thousands of dollars it would have cost to fix, they worked with the city to get them to agree that it worked and provide documentation for the new homeowners. They totally went above and beyond in, what was to us, a very stressful situation. Can't recommend them enough.
