I was in a time crunch to get a few random plumbing things checked off my list from an inspection for the sale of my home. This company was very professional and prompt with their service. When a new part was needed and we really got down to the wire they accommodated my situation and we’re able to get everything done in time including coordinating with the city inspector. Would definitely recommend/use again!

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Behind on posting this as it was about 2 weeks ago but I believe it’s important to acknowledge a job well done. I got a referral for a plumber as the Bigger Company I had used I realized was too expensive and they try to up sell you all the time . Boy I wish I knew about this place sooner ! I basically needed the inside of my toilet tank replaced, so not a super huge project. I called and was received a return call to schedule within 15 minutes plus also quoted a possible price . It ended up being my lucky day as the plumbers got done early on a job they were at and could cone to my place next. Kent and fellow worker ((sorry I forgot his name), were extremely professional, friendly and in and out in less then an hour . I was soooo impressed I’m planning on using them again whenever I have any plumbing needs plus it’s a local company not a huge chain. Very impressed !!!

We were so happy with their service and quick response. Our sewer backed up unexpectedly on a weekend and our local service doesn't work on weekends so we called Roto-Rooter and they were here within an hour. Very professional. The young man who did the work, Luca was very friendly and explained everything. This is not the first time our sewer has backed up but in the future we are calling Roto-Rooter to do the job.

Redid my center island and needed a plumber to re-install my faucets, garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Norblum did a great job at a fair price and showed up exactly when they said they would.

Will hire them again next time I have a plumbing project.

I requested Bonfe to come out and look at our main drain in our basement since there is always water sitting there (little did I know that it is supposed to be like this) anyways, the technician arrives he was very nice, I did not have a problem with him, the reason I am leaving a bad review and 1star is because the technician was literally here for 5 minutes and they still charged me $99. I am a new homeowner, this is my first home. I was unaware that the main drain always has water sitting in it to prevent gases from coming back up into the home or whatever the reason is. I feel extremely taken advantage of. I tried calling Bonfe and talking to a customer service agent, she was no help. She said if the technician is unable to clean the drain we still have to charge the $99. I told her there was no work that needed to be done. The main drain was fine, I called you for no reason. Moral of this story/review, do your research first before calling Bonfe to have them come out and do nothing and still charge you $99. Very unprofessional and unethical on their part.

Our old home needed to be re-piped and these fellows tackled a big job. They were creative and competent to figure out how to work around the quirks of an older home.

No surprisingly, there were a few items that needed to be addressed after the pipes were installed and Erickson's promptly and courteously responded to all of my concerns.

It's a comfort to know that our plumbing has been updated! Thanks, fellows.

Best plumber in town, no question.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
