We called for TJK plumbing to have a sump pump replaced. They arrived same day. David was extremely courteous and professional. He provided 3 options for the replacement along with costs. When he left the area was clean and organized. Definitely will use again!!!

While I didn't end up using this plumber due to timing, he was very informative, responsive, and helpful with my questions as I was coordinating some work on my home. He was recommended to me by someone. In the future, I plan on using this service.

Dean came out, evaluated the problem, spent time explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait. He took the time to go back to get the necessary repair supplies and returned to fix everything. We have recently moved and found that many services come out, say they weren't scheduled for the amount of time it would take to handle the problem, and make us make another appointment - we've been waiting for a cable install for a month now! Dean was great! He took the time, handled all issues, and explained everything. Highly recommended!

I needed some major plumbing updates done on my turn of the century home. Justin took the time to provide explanations of everything that needed to be done and provided a detailed bid.

Nick and Jaron spent multiple days at my house on this project. They were always prompt, efficient with their time, and always kept everything clean and tidy along the way. On top of this, they were both super friendly and willing to explain the decisions and options throughout the project.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. If you need a plumber do yourself a favor and go with Weld and Sons. We had our galvanized steel plumbing replaced and a new water heater put in. Work was done on time/ahead of schedule, the price was competitive, and cleanup/finished product was excellent. Based on my experience I won’t use another plumber besides Weld and Sons.

I called at 11am and they were here by 1pm. Unlike other plumbers they do not charge you for a fee just to show up. They were in and out relatively quickly. They even sent a camera down my main drain at no charge.

Everyone arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. Mike, who did the installation, was really nice and did a great job!

Contacted Erickson and they were able to get an electrician out to me the same day and installed a new outlet in about an hour. Their dispatcher worked with me over email which is always a plus in my book and the electrician, Nick, was great and got the job done quick and clean.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

2017 I did Phase I of a big renovation and spent 19K with Steinkraus and when I got the bill I asked for back up documentation to support the invoice and was given the run around and an answer well we aren't the cheapest plumbers and we need to cover overhead. When we started Phase II we really like the plumber and thought let's give them a second try and asked for another person to be our contact. They sent the owner Merle and he did a bid which we signed but stated we were concerned that some of Phase III might be included but were told don't worry we will be fair and take care of you. When I got the 17K bill I had kept track of all the hours. I am about 5K in the dark how they came up with the total and they refuse to itemize the invoice. My advise is if you work with them it is time and materials and you ask for documentation. The time spent on site for Ryan was a total of 67 x $135.00 = $9045.00 plus $1000.00 Material plus fixtures $2440.00 =$12, 485.00. Even if you added on a 20% management fee it still would be below the $17,210.00 invoice I received. So basically they charged me $205.00 an hour? I just wish they felt the need to walk me through all the charges but they have no interest. The good news we think our plumber was great just not the front office. The bad news is we have Phase III and can't use them. 5 Stars for plumbing!
