Our water heater broke on a Friday evening and, thanks to TJK Plumbing, in less than 24 hours our old water heater was removed and a new one was installed. Adam and Kyle came out on a Saturday and worked efficiently to get the job done. Adam then walked us through all the work that had been done and even gave us handy tips that every homeowner should probably know but we didn't! Adam and Kyle provided great service and we would not hesitate to have them work in our home again.

After calling several places to get a quote to replace a leaking garbage disposal, I found Alex.

It was going to be minimum $59 just for them to come out to give a quote. Another plumber was $49 every 15 min, but much higher for the first 15 minutes....that’s over $200 an hour.

I live out of state and my house is a rental, so I really didn’t want to be on the hook with a lot of variables nor inconvenience my tenants to have to meet with multiple plumbers.

Alex was great! Gave a quote right over the phone which is what I had hoped to get and his price was great. Additionally he was professional and reliable. As a long distance landlord, I will be adding Alex at Peterson Plumbing to my contacts for future issues. Thanks Alex!

Wish we could give more than five stars. Fast, professional, thorough, responsive, and very nice people. We've used Jake and crew for two projects (leaky bathtub drain and replacing sewer stack) and would not hesitate to call again or recommend to friends.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Quick and efficient without other unneeded recommendations to issues I didn't ask about. AC went out 4 years after installation. Had service plan. Called Bonfi. Within 4 hours service technician Trace S. showed up. Obviously knew what he was talking about. Diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. Blown capacitor, was under warranty and repair it immediately. Had replacement part in the truck. Additionally checked Freon pressure which was high and cleaned off coils... Which lowered pressure back to normal. In an abundance of caution, inspected inside house and measured intake and outflow temperature at the unit. All was fixed and working perfectly.Even though I had the service plan (basic level). Was charged $99 service call. Little bit annoying, but I didn't buy the plus service plan.Overall very satisfied with quality of work, professionalism, communication, and getting it done.I have major trust issues with these types of companies, but Bonfe stepped up and made it happen quite well. Highly recommend.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
