I called at 10am and Teddy had both of my drains cleared by 230 on the same day. Amazing service! I’ve found my go to plumber.

After calling several places to get a quote to replace a leaking garbage disposal, I found Alex.

It was going to be minimum $59 just for them to come out to give a quote. Another plumber was $49 every 15 min, but much higher for the first 15 minutes....that’s over $200 an hour.

I live out of state and my house is a rental, so I really didn’t want to be on the hook with a lot of variables nor inconvenience my tenants to have to meet with multiple plumbers.

Ended up not not using Jakes services for other reasons, but he spent a good 10 minutes talking through a number of options and recommendation. I highly recommend Weld & Sons Plumbing. I had a pinhole leak that caused a lot of damage. Not only did they fix the problem, but also helped me find a water restoration company to clean up and rebuild. No nonsense or extra charges. I had them comb back to do some more work after the emergency was over. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after the job was done.

Our commercial facility in downtown Minneapolis was having problems with its AC system since we installed NEST thermostats.

We contacted Erickson Mechanical to set up an AC inspection.
They were responsive and on time for the appointment and the service tech (Jeremiah) was professional and able to diagnose the problem. He made some wiring adjustments to align better with the NEST programming and our facility AC issues were rectified.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
